Role Summary

• ‎We are hiring a highly responsive, emotionally intelligent and result-driven WhatsApp Customer Service Executive to manage daily customer enquiries from ads and other channels, build trust quickly, guide customers to the right products, and convert conversations into sales.

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Respond to all WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally
• ‎Convert daily inbound leads from ads into paid orders
• ‎Guide customers on product selection, especially shade matching for foundation
• ‎Handle objections confidently and close sales without sounding pushy
• ‎Follow approved scripts, pricing, delivery information and brand policies
• ‎Upsell and cross-sell relevant RLG Cosmetics products
• ‎Maintain accurate follow-up with interested customers until conversion
• ‎Escalate complaints properly while protecting brand image
• ‎Keep chat records organized and updated

‎Role Summary

• ‎We are hiring a smart, fast and conversion-focused Instagram DM Customer Service Executive to manage daily enquiries from Instagram ads, posts, stories and organic traffic, nurture leads, and convert DMs into sales while maintaining the warm, premium and trustworthy voice of RLG Cosmetics.

‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Reply to all Instagram DMs, comments requiring conversion, and story enquiries promptly
• ‎Convert ad leads and organic enquiries into orders daily
• ‎Build trust with first-time buyers, especially customers worried about breakouts or wrong shade selection
• ‎Educate customers on RLG Cosmetics products using approved messaging
• ‎Follow up consistently with warm leads until they purchase
• ‎Handle objections, reassure customers, and close confidently
• ‎Redirect customers to website/checkout/WhatsApp where required
• ‎Escalate issues appropriately and protect brand reputation
• ‎Maintain excellent tone, spacing, grammar and professionalism in all chats
