    Warehouse Manager - Kaduna

    Job Purpose      

    • To give clerical support tasks for the HOD for the purpose of preparing and processing documents, answering calls and correspondence, taking part in monthly dispatch and receipt planning, arranging meetings and appointments, and performing research and analysis for NPK Plant operations.
    • Ensure best practices and values are in alignment with overall corporate accounting objectives; Manage logistics department staff, provide requisite checks and balances and establish tight control over daily dispatch and receipt 
    • To Supervise FG loading and receipt of RM, empty bags and store material
    • Controlling and managing – labours 
    • Coordinating with Transporter for placing trucks
    • Maintaining and ensuring good housekeeping, especially within the loading area
    • Arranging of weekly safety meeting for loaders and other casual staff
    • Documentation: Reconciliation and record keeping of all related documents – Waybill, DO, Loading advises etc.
    • Ensuring proper implementation of safety and environmental measures maintaining daily/ monthly operational reports.

    Qualifications

    Experience    

    • 10-15 years of work experience in Logistics Dept    
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
    • Good Logistics background with strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong IT skills with ability to understand and use computerized spreadsheet packages    
    • Receiving material in Oracle on the same day of receipt
    • Issue material against MIV
    • matching consumption and on-hand stock on daily basis and monthly basis

    Education    

    • A Bachelor's Degree

    Finance Manager - Kaduna

    Core Responsibilities:

    1.  Assume overall responsibility for developing, planning, and directing finance and accounts objectives by streamlining accounting processes, select, orientate, train, coach, and assign employees; communicate job expectations; monitor, appraise, and review.
    2. Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; and customer-service standards; completes audits and implements change.
    3.  Oversee or generate monthly financial statements (balance sheet, profit, and loss, cash flow).
    4.  Act as custodian of inventory by working very closely with Commercial Manager and Logistics Manager
    5. Partner with Head of production and generate Monthly Techno – Commercial MIS along with all KPIs
    6.  Ensure general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial records and schedules are accurately maintained.
    7.  Maintain procedures to establish tight control over cash transactions.
    8.  Ensure timely follow up of accounts receivable and payable.
    9.  Evaluates; implements internal and external audit recommendations, provides feedback to management on results
    10.  Exercise budgetary controls, accounting/ physical controls and credit control as per laid down procedures and asset management.
    11. Maintaining an effective involvement and understanding of the business to contribute to key business decisions within the Company through financial advice and expertise.
    12.  Provide support, service and advise in all finance matters to the company’s management.

    Qualifications

    1. 10-15 years of work experience with minimum 6-8 years in Polymer Industry 
    2. A knowledge of the techno-commercial downstream industry.
    3. Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
    4. Organizational Skills and ability to manage deadlines
    5. Good accounting background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    6. Strong IT skills with the ability to understand and use computerized spreadsheet packages

    4. Strong understanding of technical infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, and security. 
    5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans. 
    6. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
    7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
    8. Experience with agile and lean methodologies. 
    9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
    10. Experience in a high-growth tech environment. 
    11. Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the tech industry. 
    12. Proven track record of successful project and resource management.
