The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, mobility challenges, and functional limitations. The role involves developing personalised treatment plans, supporting rehabilitation, and improving patients’ quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and rehabilitation programs
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with doctors, prosthetists, orthotists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethics, and clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports
• Participate in continuous professional development and training
• Support outreach, community health programs, and patient awareness initiatives when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (B.Sc. / BPT)
• Valid professional license/registration with relevant regulatory body
• Minimum of 1–3 years clinical experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Experience in rehabilitation, orthopaedics, neurological or prosthetic care is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
