    Warehouse Handler / Operator

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Handler to join our logistics team. In this role, you will focus strictly on the physical movement, loading, unloading, and organization of inventory within our facility.
    • The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who prioritizes workplace safety and can comfortably handle manual labor.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive goods: Unload incoming shipments from delivery trucks and inspect boxes for visible damage.
    • Organize inventory: Safely move, stack, and arrange bulk products on shelves and in designated storage zones.
    • Load shipments: Safely load outgoing goods, materials, and wrapped pallets onto transport vehicles.
    • Maintain safety: Keep work zones, aisles, and loading docks clean and free of debris to prevent accidents.
    • Assist the team: Support supervisors with general manual tasks to maintain an efficient warehouse floor.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Physical ability: Able to lift up to 25kg regularly
    • Work ethic: Consistent punctuality, reliable attendance, and a strong commitment to team safety.
    • Experience: Previous experience on loading docks,or doing manual labor is a plus but not required.
    • Teamwork: Ability to follow spoken instructions clearly and work well alongside team members.

    Customer Service Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic e-commerce team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
    • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping, and delivery
    • Resolve issues with orders, payments, and returns
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
    • Collaborate with teams to resolve customer complaints
    • Meet customer service standards and performance metrics

    Requirements

    • BSc Degree / HND in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
    • 2+ years of customer service experience (e-commerce experience is a plus!)
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages a plus
    • Proficiency in CRM Software.
