    Warehouse Associate

    Job Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming goods, ensuring quality control.
    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely and accurate shipment.
    • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy.
    • Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
    • Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks or containers.
    • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum qualification of B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
    • Must be physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a warehouse environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with team members and management.
    • Basic computer skills, especially in using warehouse management systems or inventory software.
    • Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to various job task.

    Sales / Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote our logistics and real estate services to potential clients.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide timely solutions.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
    • Follow up on leads and close deals efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc.
    • 2 - 3 years proven experience in Customer service proven experience in Customer service.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Familiarity with logistics and real estate industries is an advantage.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for marketing.
    • Must be proactive, organized, and customer-oriented.
    • Strong social media savvy—comfortable engaging with clients on various online platforms.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Organized, with keen attention to detail.
