Educational Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Film/Media Studies, Fine Arts, or related fields
• Diploma or certificate course in videography, cinematography, or digital media.
• Applicants must have their own camera to perform the job.
• Two samples of previous video editing work done as reference.

Required Experience:

• Applicants should have  2 – 3 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, or media production
• Applicants should be proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects).
• Applicants should know camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
• Applicants should have a strong storytelling ability and creativity in visual presentation.
• Applicants should have a good understanding of YouTube algorithms, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and digital content optimization.
• Applicants should have experience in Live Streaming Video and Audio in real-time.
• Extremely strong computer skills, with knowledge of relevant publishing software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Desktop applications Publishing (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, PDF, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, and Canva).
• Experience in Media Production, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Mailchimp, Google Forms, and Instagram).
• Extremely strong in written and oral English language with research writing skills.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on creative approaches, attention to detail, and efficient delivery methods.

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and grow the online presence of a fast-growing Christian ministry.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital engagement, skilled in content creation, and driven to expand reach and followers across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule inspiring, high-quality, and faith-based content.
• Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Stay updated on social media trends to maximize visibility.
• Engage authentically with online audiences to build a vibrant digital community.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (ministry/non-profit experience is a plus).
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills (graphics, short videos, captions).
• Knowledge of growth strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Must be creative, consistent, and aligned with Christian values.
