    Tricycle Sales Representative

    Job Objective
    Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and deliver the monthly and annual sales targets.

    Core Deliverables:

    • Deliver the monthly sales targets.
    • Achieve availability of our products in wholesale and retail outlets that are at the same level as our main competitors.
    • Work with our dealers and retailers to activate our products at the point of sale.
    • Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.

    Other Job Functions:

    • Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Area Sales Manager.
    • Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers.
    • Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.
    • Develop and execute action plans in case the dealer falls behind on his/her monthly target.
    • Identify and recruit new customers, both, in wholesale and retail.
    • Remit all cash collected on behalf of the dealer to the dealer without fail.
    • Perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution.
    • Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).

    Qualifications
    Below criteria are must:

    • Minimum of OND qualification.
    • Minimum 3 Years of Van Sales Experience
    • Good Driving skills with active driving licenses/permit and must have a good knowledge of the Nigeria roads
    • Must be able to use Smartphones and have good knowledge of sales applications.

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

    • Executing sales plan for the territory
    • Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
    • Information tracking, analysis, and preparing for the presentation.
    • Good communication Skills and must be goal-driven.
    • Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.

    Sales Manager(Modern Trade)

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with customers

    Export Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate and manage export carrier contracts, trucking, full container loads, LCL and airfreight.
    • Manage and maintain the record keeping requirements of all import/export documentation in compliance with CBP and other government agencies.
    • Streamline logistics management by designing, developing and programming web-base applications for preparing shipping quotes and managing export documents.
    • Full air and ocean (FCL and LCL) export operations by using available software.
    • Enforce mandatory Nigerian customs regulations.
    • Monitor legal documents pertaining to all regulations.
    • Draft and implement office related procedures
    • Execute export and customs documentation as well as submissions for government approval.
    • Review and approve import documentation for adherence to payment terms and all export rules and regulations.
    • Train, supervise, and evaluate team members
    • Establish Incoterms for shipments that comply with transfer of ownership and liability agreements between shipper and consignee.
    • Ensure overall export operations of assign regions, including shipping & logistics and other exports procedures through documentation and logistic team.

    ·         Facilitating audits, training employees and ensuring compliance with security regulations.

    • Develop and administer quality procedures and internal standard practices in support of component testing and manufacturing.
    • Evaluate improvements of existing procedures and working environments to advance service level to the customer and profitability of the organization.
    • Maintain key customer information including billing and shipment history

    Production Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee weekly Production Planning
    • Setting the production targets on production line.
    • Ensure availability of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials for Production
    • Ensure availability of all required Machineries for Production 
    • Ensure high efficiency /Line Productivity for all production Lines
    • Ensure standard quality of  blowing bottles of PET
    • Ensure  no wastage of Raw Materials at mixing area
    • Ensure no wastage of Packaging material at packaging area
    • Ensure attending breakdowns of machineries during production and avoid the downtime during production
    • Ensure no wastage of Preforms at Bottle blowing area
    • To work with maintenance team to Ensure preventive maintenance of all machineries by Engineering team
    • Carry out daily and weekly meeting with Supervisors ,Sectional Heads and resolve the issues affecting production Volume 
    • Ensure correct yield /Output of each production run & track the record , fully responsible for low output /loss of packs
    • Ensure no accident –Man and Machine during working and non-working time of factory
    • Ensure completion of all desired reports ,records, documentation by all supervisors 
    • Ensure Implementation and sustaining of 5S System & GMP inside factory
    • To ensure full compliance of the Quality management plan of the company.
    • Responsible for no quality complaint from market
    • Track attendance record of staff & involvement for preparing monthly attendance report with zero error
    • Ensure hygienic condition in Mixing area & Filling area ,fulfill all quality standards of beverage Industry
    • Fully involvement to do Audits – Health ,Safety ,Environment and identify the possibility of Man, Machine & Quality accidents and overcome /correct all the points rectified in Audit 
    • Working on succession planning of the workforce, shift management activities, appraising the member’s performance & providing feedback ,Effective Selection of best staff  working inside factory
    • Resolving interpersonal issues & working towards a harmonious Work environment
    • Cost Reduction – Work with Plant Manager for reducing the manufacturing cost of product produced inside factory
    • Ensure Implementation of Food & Beverages Standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) inside factory

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in any related field
    • At least 5 years of experience required  as a production manager in a beverage company preferably.
