    Travel Consultant / Manager

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will develop and be part of, which will be a vital component of the Company’s operations.
    • Identify, analyse and suggest existing / current technology infrastructure that supports the system, growth of the company and specific needs.
    • Proactively identify and implement solutions to consistently improve service level and performance.
    • Use web data to identify travel trends (e.g., solo travel, eco travel, local experience, etc.) and use personalized content for targeting

    • Ability to book and issue Airline tickets seamlessly
    • Ensure conversion of all ticketing requests received
    • Render excellent and unparalleled customer services to all clients
    • Engage in key or targeted customer relations duties such as celebration of special days, timely reminders on travel dates, etc.
    • Deal with customer inquiries and complaints with the aim to meet and exceed their expectations.
    • Integrate new customers monthly
    • Reduce turnaround time for ticketing and reservation to the barest minimum
    • Exude speed and excellence on the job
    • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales report.

    Qualification / Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • 4-6 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant
    • Certification by Amadeus & other GDS is a plus

    Job Requirements:

    • Ability to relate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using diplomacy and tact.
    • Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptionally strong problem-solving analytical skills, with an ability to clearly define strategic issues and make tough decisions in the face of ambiguity and incomplete information.
    • Result oriented with regards to quality and productivity goal.

    Sales / Marketing Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are searching for experienced Sales and Marketing to work with our team to develop, execute and maintain marketing strategies to sell all company’s products and services to potential and existing clients.
    • To excel in this position, you should be energetic, intuitive, and you must also be able to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate sales results.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives to present and sell company products, services and solutions to existing and potential clients.
    • Securing leads and getting partners for our products and services.
    • Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting potential and existing clients via emails, telephones, social media and visits.
    • Develops and maintain sales/marketing materials with current product knowledge.
    • Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships.
    • Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
    • Engage in market research, track trends and monitor competition.
    • Generates periodic marketing and sales report.
    • Make recommendations that will lead to revenue generation
    • Meet and surpass sales target and commission will apply where the target is exceeded
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or Social Sciences is required
    • Master’s degree or relevant specializing in marketing and business development is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and record of meeting target
    • Managing products, developing programs, planning strategy, and general management.
    • Good presentation skills and Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project Office)
    • Ability to manage a variety of programs and projects
    • The ability to work with various levels of stakeholders within and outside the organization
    • Detail-oriented and analytical with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Proven work experience as a Marketer is a plus.
