    Description

    • Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Agent to manage client bookings, provide expert travel advice, and deliver exceptional service experiences.
    • This role is ideal for someone with a passion for travel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to create tailored travel solutions that meet diverse client needs.

    Scope of Work

    • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
    • Recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, flights, hotels, and other travel services.
    • Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation in line with client requirements.
    • Manage end-to-end booking processes, including reservations, ticketing, and confirmations.
    • Provide accurate information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and destination guidelines.
    • Handle changes, cancellations, or adjustments to bookings efficiently.
    • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals.
    • Keep clients informed about promotions, discounts, and seasonal travel offers.
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions and client interactions using the CRM system.
    • Stay updated on global travel trends, industry regulations, and destination information.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.
    • Proficiency in booking and reservation software such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar platforms.
    • Knowledge of CRM and itinerary-building tools (e.g., Trip Creator, Tourwriter) is an advantage.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in bookings and documentation.
    • Ability to handle multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for travel and strong knowledge of destinations, airlines, and hotels.

    Driver

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Driver to support various transport-related responsibilities.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and safe transportation of clients and staff, primarily for marketing events, presentations, and other essential business functions.
    • The ideal candidate should exhibit strong communication skills and prioritize safety while contributing to the smooth execution of company operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
    • Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
    • Book car wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
    • Perform daily inspections on the assigned vehicle, at the beginning and end of each work day.
    • Ascertain that the car is properly cleaned and maintained and that any need for repairs is outlined and
    • reported timeously.
    • Use standard maps or the GPS to map safe routes to destinations, ensuring that timelines are met.
    • Safely drive assigned office vehicles by following set rules and regulations.
    • Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on assigned vehicles, and ensure that proper
    • detailing is performed.
    • Driving the company pool cars for sales team presentations, site inspections and allocations
    • Attending to other staff driving request
    • Any other task that may be assigned by the Management

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum academic qualification of an S.S.C.E / OND
    • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
    • Two to three years of proven experience as a Driver
    • Good knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods around Lagos
    • Familiarity with GPS devices
    • Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
    • Availability to occasionally take weekend shifts
    • A polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
    • Must be residing in Lagos.

    • This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on coordination, covering multiple departments including Property Development, Sales, Facility Management, Client Services, and Administration.

    Scope
    Business Operations:

    • Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track and improve operational performance.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Support department heads in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Facilitate regular staff reviews, training, and professional development programs.

    Financial Oversight:

    • Monitor and control operational and project budgets.
    • Collaborate with Finance to analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.

    Quality Control:

    • Define and maintain operational and project quality standards.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and internal benchmarks.
    • Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold service excellence and client satisfaction.

    Client & Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as a liaison between the company and its clients/stakeholders.
    • Provide timely updates, manage client expectations, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
    • Support business development by identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.

    Key Requirements
    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field
    • 4–8 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within real estate, property development, or construction.
    • Proven experience overseeing multi-departmental operations and leading teams.

    Core Competencies:

    • Strong knowledge of real estate operations, contract management, facility management, and compliance standards.
    • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting.
    • Proficiency in project management and property management software.
