    Territory Development Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Territory Development Officer is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and dealer network development within the assigned territory.
    • The role requires strong field sales experience in FMCG, Automobile, Solar, Etc, ensuring effective distribution, market penetration, and achievement of sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Revenue Growth:

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territory.
    • Drive product sales across retail outlets, distributors, and automobile dealerships.
    • Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
    • Execute sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

    Territory Management:

    • Develop and implement territory coverage plans.
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
    • Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across outlets.
    • Maintain accurate territory sales reports and forecasts.

    Dealer & Distributor Management:

    • Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and automobile dealers.

    Market Development:

    • Expand customer base through prospecting and field sales activities.

    • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.

    Credit Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Credit Officer is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing credit facilities, minimizing financial risk, and supporting vehicle financing operations.
    • The role ensures effective credit assessment, loan monitoring, and compliance with company credit policies while supporting automobile sales growth through structured financing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
    Credit Assessment & Approval:

    • Evaluate credit applications for vehicle purchases, fleet financing, and spare parts financing.
    • Conduct detailed financial analysis including income verification, cash flow review, and repayment capacity assessment.
    • Perform customer credit checks and risk profiling.
    • Recommend credit limits and financing structures based on risk evaluation.
    • Verify customer documentation including KYC, bank statements, and guarantor details.

    Credit Facility Management:

    • Administer and monitor credit facilities for automobile dealers, corporate clients, and retail customers.
    • Ensure proper documentation and execution of loan agreements.
    • Monitor repayment schedules and ensure timely collections.
    • Review credit exposure and recommend facility renewals or restructuring when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate credit records and facility tracking reports.

    Risk Management & Compliance:

    • Ensure adherence to company credit policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Identify potential credit risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor delinquent accounts and initiate recovery actions.
    • Work closely with legal and recovery teams on default cases.
    • Maintain compliance with internal audit and financial control standards.

    Collaboration with Sales & Operations:

    • Support automobile sales teams with financing solutions to enhance vehicle sales.
    • Liaise with dealers, financial institutions, and customers regarding credit arrangements.
    • Provide credit insights to management for business decision-making.
    • Assist in developing customer financing programs and credit policies.

    Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare periodic credit risk reports and portfolio performance analysis.
    • Maintain proper filing of credit documentation.
    • Track overdue accounts and prepare aging analysis reports.
    • Provide management updates on credit portfolio health.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
    • 3–5 years’ experience as a Credit Officer preferably in automobile, vehicle financing, loan facility, leasing, or asset financing.
    • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk assessment.
    • Experience managing credit facilities and repayment monitoring.
    • Good understanding of financial statements and credit evaluation techniques.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and credit management systems.
