    Technical Sales Manager

    Role summary

    • The Technical Sales Manager will support Sika Nigeria’s vision, policies, and goals for increase in sales profitability and customer satisfaction, by seeking out and targeting new customers, new sales opportunities.
    • The role involves initiating strategic action plans to secure both new and existing business across the Northern region of Nigeria.

    General Responsibilities

    • Develop and increase sales and business opportunities for Sika Nigeria
    • Develop, build and maintain cordial relationships with stakeholders such as: Customers, consultants, etc.
    • Manage Key Accounts and Key Projects within assigned coverage area
    • Ensure prescriptive selling of the right solutions to meet the needs of the customers
    • Understand credit sales management bordering on utilization and recovery.
    • Improve market coverage, and develop new market segments / Application fields
    • Attend and plan technical trainings/workshop/training
    • Manage process of establishing a sustainable customer base, account management, product supply, technical support and customer relations
    • Provide required reports and planning as well as sales forecasts ensuring forecast accuracy
    • Support team goals and actions for delivery of targets

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years working experience in related field
    • HND/BSc in Engineering/Environmental Sciences or related field
    • Professional Certification (COREN)
    • Hands on experience of the construction industry and built-up environment
    • ERP experience in CRM & Sales Force
    • Knowledge of Micro & Macro Economic metrics.

    Laboratory Officer

    Job Description

    • The Laboratory Officer will be responsible for performing mix design daily for new admixtures and render technical support to customers.

    General Responsibilities

    • Performs concrete mix trials for new admixtures
    • Testing, logging & reporting of test results
    • Assist in formulating new product in the R&D and follow up on daily development of new product
    • Support customers with technical issues on site
    • Assist with resolution of customer complaints
    • Support the sales team in training of customers, applicators, or distributors
    • Support the QC officer in achieving the daily routine QC testing
    • Ensure safe work practices, handling of chemicals and EHS principles are adhered to in all aspects of lab activities

    Qualifications
    Experience & Competencies

    • Minimum 2 years of concrete testing experience
    • Degree in Chemistry or related field                                           
    • Knowledge of construction chemicals
    • Proficient in use of MS Office suites
    • Experience in the use of an ERP (SAP preferred).

    Customer Service Officer

    Job Summary

    • In the role of Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end sales order process—from order intake to invoicing and delivery documentation—while ensuring inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
    • You will contribute directly to the achievement of business sales targets by taking full ownership of the sales order cycle and delivering exceptional service.

    General Responsibilities

    • Proactively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer order from order entry in Local ERP to shipment; ensure that customer requirements are met.
    • First customer contact: Regular information exchange with customer
    • Prompt response time in terms of client enquiries and delivery
    • Ensure verified processed sales order are converted to invoices in line with Sika's condition of sale
    • Documentation of customers management
    • Creation of credit notes after confirmed returns and approvals
    • Manage sample request and records after all required approvals
    • Regular reconciliation of invoices and communication of SOA with clients while maintaining an up-to-date filing system
    • Registration and onboarding new clients with all necessary documentation and approval.

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc Degree / HND in Business or related fields
    • Minimum 3 years cognate experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent presentation and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Attention to details
    • Excellent organization & time management skills
    • Fluent English (written and oral)
    • Proven track record of work experience in Sales or Logistics

    Warehouse Officer

    Job Summary

    • As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching goods.
    • The role requires maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock handling, and keeping the warehouse organized to support smooth production and delivery processes.

    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
    • Record inventory levels accurately and update warehouse management systems.

    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
