    Technical Project Manager

    Job Objective

    • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate critical projects across our financing business.
    • This role involves planning, executing, and closing projects that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support product and service innovation.
    • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically savvy, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
    • Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
    • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and KPIs.
    • Identify risks and issues early, and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership.
    • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce delays, and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Support the documentation and standardization of processes across departments.
    • Lead the planning and execution of change initiatives related to product rollouts, system upgrades, or operational shifts.
    • Facilitate user training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
    • Schedule, facilitate, and follow up on project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ensure accurate capture and dissemination of minutes, decisions, and action items.
    • Maintain a clear log of deliverables and owners, and follow up to ensure timely execution.

    • Efficiency improvements and process outcomes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent) is an advantage.
    • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management, ideally within financial services, fintech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver excellent results.

    DevOps Engineer

    What you’ll be doing

    • Designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure for e-commerce at scale.

    • Solid skills in Docker & Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and caching (Redis).
    • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
    • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
