    Tech Sales Executive (B2B Software & Enterprise Solutions)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a Tech Sales Executive who understands selling software as a solution, not just as a product.
    • This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage business owners, HR managers, hotel operators, and enterprise decision-makers, explain technical products in simple terms, and close deals.
    • You will be responsible for driving software adoption, onboarding clients, and contributing to Uleval’s revenue growth in line with our 2026 expansion goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads for Uleval’s software products
    • Sell SaaS and enterprise software to hotels, SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and institutions
    • Conduct product demos and discovery calls with prospects
    • Close new business deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

    Client Engagement:

    • Understand client business needs and recommend the most suitable Uleval solution
    • Guide prospects through onboarding and handover to technical teams
    • Maintain long-term client relationships and drive renewals and upsells

    Market & Product Knowledge:

    • Stay deeply informed about Uleval’s products, pricing models, and value propositions
    • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams
    • Understand competitive landscape and position Uleval effectively

    Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with operations, engineering, and support teams
    • Maintain accurate sales records using CRM or internal tracking tools
    • Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Must-Have:

    • 2–5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or tech products
    • Strong understanding of how business software works (HR systems, POS, management tools, SaaS platforms)
    • Proven ability to sell to decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, HR Managers, Operations Managers)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Comfortable conducting product demos (physical or virtual)
    • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented

    Added Advantage:

    • Experience selling enterprise or SME software
    • Background in hospitality tech, HR tech, or enterprise systems
    • Experience working with resellers or distribution partners
    • Familiarity with subscription-based pricing models (SaaS)

    Junior Tech Sales Executive / Graduate Sales Trainee

    Job Summary

    • This role is designed for graduates, NYSC members, or early-career professionals who want to build a career in technology sales, SaaS, and enterprise software. You will be trained to:
    • Understand how business software works
    • Communicate value to customers
    • Support sales conversations, demos, and client onboarding
    • You will work closely with senior sales and operations teams while gradually taking ownership of sales activities.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Support & Learning:

    • Learn Uleval’s software products and how they solve real business problems
    • Support senior sales executives during discovery calls and demos
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups

    Lead Engagement:

    • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and physical visits
    • Qualify leads and understand basic client needs
    • Schedule demos and meetings for senior sales executives

    Customer Interaction:

    • Answer basic product questions confidently after training
    • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth handover
    • Build professional relationships with prospects and customers

    Reporting & Growth:

    • Maintain simple records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
    • Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
    • Gradually take responsibility for closing small to mid-size deals

    Requirements

    • OND / HND / BSc in any discipline (Business, IT, Marketing, Economics, or related fields preferred)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to learn technology and business software
    • Confidence speaking with people (phone, online, or in person)
    • Basic computer skills (email, documents, internet tools)

    No Experience? Not a Problem:

    • Prior sales or tech experience is not mandatory
    • Training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude
