    Supply Chain Manager

    The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of raw materials and packaging materials. This role involves inventory management, documentation, and coordination with various departments to maintain a smooth flow of materials in line with production schedules and quality standards.

    • Oversee the receipt of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records, including data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS).
    • Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
    • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move and organize materials within the warehouse.
    • Ensure proper storage conditions for materials to prevent damage and ensure safety.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all transactions related to inventory, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports to assist management in making informed decisions.
    • Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
    • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely availability of materials for manufacturing processes.
    • Monitor and enforce quality control measures for incoming and stored materials.
    • Report any quality issues to the Warehouse Manager and assist in implementing corrective actions.
    • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures in the warehouse environment, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
    • Participate in safety training and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations.
    • Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse functions.
    • Provide assistance and support to internal departments, addressing any material-related inquiries or issues promptly.
    • Participate in training sessions for new staff and contribute to their onboarding process, ensuring they understand warehouse policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    • Relevant certifications in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
    • Experience in the manufacturing or agribusiness sector is advantageous.
    • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and supply chain processes.
    • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehousing and material handling.
    • Knowledge of quality control standards and practices relevant to warehousing.

    Skills:

    • Proficient in operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail for accurate inventory management and quality control.
    • Proficient in computer applications, including warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and external stakeholders.

    Accountant

    Job Purpose

    • The accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day accountings of the business transactions in the factory, will be handling tasks such as invoicing, expenses reports, Accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets accounting and inventory management. They pay a vital role in month end and year end closing process.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
    • Verification of expense vouchers as per company policies
    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
    • Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
    • Assist with other accounting projects
    • Perform other duties as directed by management.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field,
    • Specific Certification (if any)
    • Total Experience of 4+ years and 2+ years working experience in Product Manufacturing outfit (Agrochemical manufacturing experience will be an added advantage)

    Molding Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and lead the injection molding team to ensure efficient production processes.
    • Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day Molding production operations to meet production requirement
    • Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure optimal use of resources.
    • Hold accountability for production output and quality
    • Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available
    • Ensure good Housekeeping in plant and to ensure up keeping of machinery
    • Preparation and adherence to preventive maintenance schedule and availability of machine as per plan.

    • Review and monitor performance of team members on an ongoing basis and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
    • Preparation of competency matrix and define TNI (Training need identification)
    • Develop, manage and supervise training and development needs of immediate employees to meet the departmental objectives.

    Job Requirements:

    • B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Plastic Technology
    • Total experience of 8 to 12 and 3-5 years independently handling molding plant
    • Thorough knowledge of Molding process and molding plant equipment
    • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with the ability to lead and mentor a team in Molding
    • Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures.
    • Background in ISO and Kaizen
    • Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate written or verbal instructions, policies and procedures

    Electrician (Electrical Engineer)

    Job description

    • Coordinating with the service provider vendor for ensuring the maintenance/trouble shooting of equipment.
    • Capable of understating the technical drawings & SOP of maintenance
    • Troubleshooting / Repairing during equipment breakdown
    • Up keeping & housekeeping of equipment
    • Inter coordinating with process dept.
    • Planning & achieving 100% adherence to PM plan
    • Carrying out the conditioning monitoring of equipment
    • Ensuring the 100% uptime of equipment
    • Data collection for preparing daily power generation & consumption report.
    • Maintain history card for the machine and execute management of change for any change proposal
    • Ensuring the 100% implementation of HSE safe practices in all activities / operations and tool box talks where appropriate

    • Conduct meetings at the end of each shift to update incoming maintenance personnel on status of break downs, repairs, and troubleshooting done during the previous shift

    Requirements:

    • Electrical Diploma/Polytechnic from a reputed college
    • Total experience of 5 to 7 years, and 3 to 4 years in a similar role in FMCG/ Agro Chemicals Industry.
