    Business Development Manager / Executive Assistant to the COO

    Job Summary

    • You will combine business growth leadership with high-level executive support—driving new opportunities and supporting the CEO’s strategic agenda. This hybrid role demands strong commercial insight, organization, and the ability to manage both operational and executive tasks effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
    • Conduct market research, economic analysis, feasibility studies, and competitor assessments to support strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, investment briefs, reports, and presentations for clients, investors, and executive meetings.
    • Drive business development activities including negotiations, deal structuring, client engagement, and follow-up to closure.
    • Support real estate sales initiatives, strategic alliances, and corporate collaborations.
    • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO by managing schedules, meetings, travel plans, correspondence, and official documentation.
    • Serve as a strategic liaison between the CEO, management team, clients, investors, and external stakeholders.
    • Attend executive and strategic meetings, take accurate minutes, track action points, and ensure timely execution of agreed deliverables.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and operational efficiency.
    • Monitor KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and deliver periodic management and board reports.
    • Assist the CEO in planning, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives, projects, and special assignments.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
    • Support stakeholder engagements, corporate events, and high-level meetings as required.
    • Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO in support of business growth and corporate objectives.

    Required Skills & Competencies
    Core Skills:

    • Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation abilities.
    • High-level organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Analytical & Strategic:

    • Ability to perform market analysis and translate data into actionable strategies (especially valuable with an Economics background).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to prioritize, forecast, and make data-driven decisions.

    Professional Attributes:

    • Discretion handling sensitive or confidential information.
    • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

    Other Requirements:

    • Strong professional etiquette and business sense.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Immediate availability is a plus.
    • Familiarity with real estate markets or related commercial sectors is highly advantageous.
