    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Requirements
    The Right Candidte for this role is:

    • A University Graduate (minimum qualification for this role is a 2:2)
    • 1 - 5 years experience.
    • Smart
    • Ability to hold conversations and engage customers
    • Professionalism in Food Service delivery.
    • Ensuring smooth operation of activities in the eatery and maintaining relationships with customers
    • Responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service.
    • Complying with restaurant chain and government sanitation standards.

    Cinema Team Lead

    Key Responsibilities
    Daily Tasks:

    • Team Leader to Monitor & Provide Support
    • Lead by example to ensure Daily Guest Service is prioritised and implement exceptional guest service standard to meet guests expectations (Be positive & Motivate the team)
    • Ensure Guests Film information are always available (film guides, box office tickets and promo materials)
    • Check daily and ensure all tills are operatives and resolve any issues immediately
    • Daily Ensure the box office is always clean and organised accordingly
    • Follow daily cashing up procedures and security policy to protect assets and box office revenue. Any cash difference must be resolved immediately
    • Be firm and take immediate action for any Cash or Security Breach to all box office staff
    • Ensure box office staff are presentable and have correct uniform
    • Ensure box office cinema staff are trained on guest service standards
    • Communicate 15mins morning and evening meeting goals to office staff.
    • Daily review of all disciplinary matters, discuss with BMto resolve them.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND.
    • 1 - 3 years experience.
    • Candidate must have led a team in a related industry
    • Have the ability to communicate effectively
    • Great organisational skills
    • Great Communication skills
    • Excellent supervisory skills
    • Candidate must have excellent customer service.
    • Preferable age range: 24- 30 years.

    Bartender

    Responsibilities

    • Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
    • Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
    • Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
    • Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
    • Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
    • Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
    • Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
    • Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
    • Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
    • Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
    • Planning bar menus
    • Creating unique drinks
    • Complying with all food and beverage regulations
    • Provide outstanding customer service to guests.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of an OND in any field of study.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience obtained in a well-structured and reputable organization.

    Skills / Abilities:

    • Attention to Detail
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
    • Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
    • Understanding of unique and complementary flavour pairings
    • Positive Attitude, Personable demeanour, Multitasking skills
    • Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
    • Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
    • Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
    • Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
