    Stores / Warehouse Officer

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking detail-oriented and organized Stores/Warehouse Officers to manage inventory operations, ensure accurate stock levels, and support smooth warehouse activities.
    • The ideal candidates will maintain efficient inventory systems and uphold high standards of accountability and record-keeping within a fast-paced packaging and printing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or goods.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies.
    • Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
    • Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for replenishment.
    • Prepare and submit regular inventory and stock movement reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material dispatch and delivery.
    • Support periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in store keeping, warehousing, or logistics operations.
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or printing company is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
    • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images for indoor and outdoor shoots, managing photography equipment, editing and retouching images to professional standards, and contributing to creative direction and brand visuals.
    • The role requires a strong artistic eye, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, set up, and execute photoshoots across various locations (studio, outdoor, lifestyle, corporate, events, etc.).
    • Capture high-quality images that meet brand and client expectations.
    • Retouch and edit images to professional standards using advanced tools and techniques.
    • Ensure proper lighting, set design, backdrops, props, and aesthetics for shoot quality.
    • Maintain and manage all photography equipment and studio resources.
    • Collaborate with the creative and media team to develop visual concepts and storytelling ideas.
    • Organize, store, and archive images for easy reference and future use.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, creative styles, and photography innovations.

    Requirements

    • OND, HND qualiication, or Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Creative Arts, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a photographer (portfolio required).
    • Proficiency in Retouch Academy techniques is key and mandatory.
    • Strong photography skills with an artistic and creative eye for detail.
    • Proficiency in photo editing/retouching software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
    • Excellent knowledge of lighting, composition, color, and camera handling techniques.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple shoots.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients and team members.
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Flexibility to work on indoor and outdoor shoots, including weekends when required.

    Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, manage reporting systems, and provide financial insights for business decision-making.
    • The ideal candidate will lead the finance team and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in a packaging and printing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
    • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
