Account Manager at FMR AGENCY

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the company’s accounting operations, manage reporting systems, and provide financial insights for business decision-making.
• The ideal candidate will lead the finance team and ensure full compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in a packaging and printing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies and oversee internal controls.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ANAN, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Prior experience in the packaging, printing, or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and attention to detail.
