    Store Officer

    Role Purpose

    • Assist Store Supervisor in management of material issue and receipt.

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to store supervisor and record keeping.
    • Maintenance and audit of material in stock.
    • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
    • Assist in finalizing various MIS reports pertaining to store procedures.
    • Comply with Quality Management System / Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
    • Carrying out all other functions as designated in line with achieving the departmental objective.
    • Receiving and arranging of materials received from the vendor into the storeroom.
    • Issuing of material duly approved on the Inventory Management System.
    • To ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • This role requires a First Degree or its equivalent Diploma qualification
    • Requires between 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role

    Risk Officer (Policies / Process)

    Role Purpose

    • Will be responsible for assisting the Risk Supervisor/Risk Manager in all risk management activities.

    Role Accountabilities

    • Support the first line of business and support functions to identify, assess, treat and monitor risks relating to their operations in line with the company’s risk framework, policies and procedures.
    • Assist in capturing risk data for analysis and reporting.
    • Participate in the process of facilitating risk and control self-assessment.
    • Maintain risk register and update it regularly.
    • Track key performance indicators and key risk indicators and escalate movements likely to overshoot the tolerance limits.
    • Proactively monitor processes due for reviews and follow up to ensure periodic updates are made as necessary.
    • Participate in the review of processes and procedures to identify gaps.
    • Develop content for risk awareness tips and liaise with Internal communications and IT team to educate staff on the approved risk framework, processes and risk management process via various channels (email, screensaver or other avenues).
    • Maintain electronic and physical database of ERM policies, processes, framework and all such related data.
    • Under the supervision of the ERM Manager, coordinate and collaborate with various departments within the organization to formulate, implement and disseminate company-wide policies, processes and standards for risk integration across board.
    • Data analytics particularly on adherence to policy and process across the organization.
    • Follow up on risk management recommendations to ensure timely and complete implementation
    • Comply with Quality Management System, Operational Health & System requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
    • Carry out any other duties as requested by the Risk Supervisor/Manager.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A good First Degree or equivalent in science or social science field
    • Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
    • Work experience of two years.

    IT Risk & IT Control Supervisor

    Reporting To: IT Risk & IT Control Manager

    Role Purpose

    • A technical, process and detail-oriented IT risk and IT control supervisor to manage risks around IT operational processes and monitor IT controls over information assets.
    • He will also perform detailed evaluation of information systems and track technology compliance with various standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support to ensure that comprehensive risk assessments are performed for all the organizations’ information assets, supporting technical infrastructure and associated service and support processes, electronic banking products and services and supporting platforms/technologies.
    • Provide support to ensure that comprehensive and effective risk treatment plans are developed and maintained for the organizations’ information assets, supporting technical infrastructure, and electronic payments applications, services and platforms.
    • Work with the relevant teams on effective identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, recording and reporting of risks relating to the IT environment and technology related assets or projects in the organisation. Proactively tracks such risks and treatments and escalates significant updates for management attention.
    • Support the IT Risk & IT Control Manager in:
      • Ensuring that a framework of policies, standards and procedures for information security and risk management are developed, implemented and maintained based on global best practices for information security management to protect the organizations’ information assets.
      • Ensuring the implementation of adequate and effective security controls and processes including data privacy and protection that will safeguard the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the organization’s information assets and technology infrastructure.
      • Ensuring effective coordination/implementation support of all information security projects and initiatives including BCP/DRP relating to IT environment.
      • Developing and implementing awareness programmes and campaigns to promote information security consciousness and compliance across the organization.
      • Developing and implementing a process for achieving and maintaining compliance with the ISO 27001 international standard for Information Security Management
    • Identify weaknesses within the organization's information systems and infrastructure and suggest innovative measures to mitigate the risks that impact business objectives.
    • Assess system control effectiveness and adequacy for the day-to-day running of business systems, processes, and application controls.
    • See to it that system controls that meet business requirements are embedded at all levels of system development/acquisition life cycle (SDLC).
    • Monitor system controls to ensure that segregation of duties in all business systems and IT infrastructure at all times by enforcing maker-checker controls for greater accountability
    • Under the supervision of the IT Risk and IT Control Manager, coordinate and collaborate with various departments within the organization to formulate, implement and disseminate company-wide policies and standards for ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.
    • Prepare IT risk and IT control reports under the supervision of the IT Risk and IT Control Manager.
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the line manager

    Minimum Qualifications

    • A Good First Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or in any related discipline
    • Relevant professional certifications in system/IT audit, risk or control, and risk management will be an added advantage
    • IT risk management/ IT control experience of not less 4 years in any relevant sector.

    Career Management Supervisor

    Reporting To: Career Management Lead

    Role Purpose

    • Support in fitting the best staff with the right skills in the right roles while also ensuring career development options for all staff for optimal engagement.

    Role Accountabilities

    • Assists to provide advisory and other services and guidance on Career Management for employees
    • Support the development of approach to implementing career development in line with approved Career Management Framework, leveraging job family groupings, career paths and mobility framework for deployment
    • Coordinate and track the implementation of approved career job interventions
    • Keep custody of and maintain (i.e. keep up-to-date) Career Tools, Information and Resources.
    • Support the development and implementation of the organization’s coaching and mentoring programmes
    • Support the Line Managers/ Functional Heads in the design and development of career development strategy for their Line Reports
    • Provide periodic assessment reports on the performance of the career management interventions
    • Assists in the implementation and rollout of career development tools and ensure update as required
    • Assist in the implementation of Career Management paths and associated rules for movement within and outside career paths.
    • Assists in the development of career management PPPs and ensure they are updated with relevant changes as approved by Head of the Department

    • Keep tracks of the succession planning framework and its implementation ensuring there is adequate bench strength for mission critical roles
    • Keep/maintain all employee career/ development records in appropriate database.

    Minimum Requirements
