Job Summary:

As our Medical Physicist, you'll join our dedicated Clinical Department. Leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills, you'll ensure the safe and effective use of radiation in medical procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform systematic measurement, documentation, and quality assurance of physics aspects for all radiation delivery equipment and conduct acceptance testing, commissioning, and calibration of treatment-related equipment and radiation sources.
• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control programs in radiology and/or radiation oncology.
• Create treatment plans, including routine, 3D, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT, HDR, and SRS/SBRT planning.
• Perform in-vivo dose measurements and verify dose delivery to patients.
• Provide consultation to Radiation Oncologists on physics and radiobiology aspects of treatment and design and fabricate treatment beam modifiers and treatment aids.

Requirements:

• BSC degree in a related healthcare field
• 2-3 years of experience in medical physics
• Proficiency in radiological physics, radiation safety, and medical imaging physics
• Experience with EMR systems is advantageous

Salary:

N300,000- N350,000
