Job Roles
The Stock Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Supervising vessel consignment discharges.
• Recording Fish species on a platform vide the Sea Bill of Lading or Manifest of Vessel.
• Know the quantity of fishes and their metric tonnage vide the Manifest of Vessel.
• Head the Operations staff throughout the operations period.
• Give authority to load to drivers conveying the fishes to the Cold room or customers.
• Check and approve the Waybill to drivers conveying the fishes to the Cold room and customers for easy passage at Customs Gate and Port Authority officials.
• Record daily discharge reports and send them online to the Managing Director at the Head Office. Etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum of BSc./HND in any science-related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years previous experience as a Stock Operations Manager

Skills and Competency:

• Knowledge of proper inventory management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
• Good oral and written communication.

Salary
N300,000 / month.

• Preparing branch daily and monthly sales reports for the attention of the Executive Management.
• Ensuring that he/she expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

The Account Officer will be responsible for:

• Ensure that financial requisitions are justifiable.
• Inspect financial records to ensure accuracy and overall legal and regulatory compliance.

The Stock Officers will be responsible for:

• Jointly check all containers and vehicles alongside the Stock Officers when receiving fish into the cold room
• Counts fish alongside the Stock Officers and keep their records when loading and offloading.
• Reports to the Cold Room Stock Security Supervisor
• To make sure that no fish is stolen or taken by unauthorized staff or persons.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years previous experience as a stock/warehouse officer.
• Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree preferred.

Skills and Competency:

• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Good communication skills

The Cold Room Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and repairing cooling units in large cold rooms;
• Checking/monitoring cold room temperature, evaporator, condensers and oil coolant regularly;
• Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failure.

Requirements

• Minimum Educational Qualification: OND in any refrigeration-related course or trade 1, 2 and 3 certificates with 10 years of experience

The Electrician will be responsible for:

• Undertaking a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure.
• Installation of electrical wires, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing electrical appliances.

• Handle electrical faults when the need arises.
• Handle the generating set with other staff in the department.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years previous experience as an industrial electrician

Skills and Competency:

• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (eg wire strippers, voltmeter etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good oral and written communication.
