    Spare Store In-Charge

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure SOP are complied and set the right process for good governance
    • To ensure spares consumption pattern is analyzed and purchase requisition is raised on time
    • To ensure GRN is prepared on time and consumption is booked on timely basis
    • To ensure 5S is implemented in the warehouse, with minimal time take for retreival
    • To Keep a track of PR placed, till goods inwards
    • To ensure goods received is as per packing list and PR raised
    • To ensure periodic cyclical physical verification is done
    • To ensure stocks are maintained properly
    • To ensure timely ERP entries are passed
    • To coordinate with Mumbai office/Purchase team/C&F team to ensure documents are received for GRN
    • Timely escalate if any receipts or issues are pending for booking
    • To ensure correct cost centers are used

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years' Spare/store management experience
    • Diploma or graduate in engineering field
    • Customer centric with a positive attitude
    • Warehouse management is a plus.

    Operations Excellence Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are a leading player in the manufacturing sector, committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
    • We are expanding our team and looking for a qualified and experienced Ops Excellence Manager to lead operations at our Ajaokuta Plant.
    • The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical systems within heavy equipment, specifically Cat excavators, pay loaders, trucks, and forklifts.
    • This includes troubleshooting and maintaining the machinery to optimise performance, reduce downtime, and increase longevity.

    Experience & Key Responsibilities

    • Should have good exposure to the manufacturing footprint across the process
    • Should have exposure to tools for OPS Excellence like Six Sigma, Fishbone, Gantt Chart, etc
    • Should come from an engineering background.
    • Should have an analytic mindset,
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
    • Use diagnostic tools and software (e.g., CAT ET) to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures. Apply root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues and prevent future failures.
    • Experience working with construction, mining, or logistics equipment, specifically Cat-brand machines like excavators, pay loaders, Sinotrucks, and Toyota/Liuogong forklifts.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-engineering personnel, including operators, technicians, and management.
    • Supervisory and team management skills is a must.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/automobile environment
    • Strong computer skills
    • Analytical mindset with a techno-commercial approach
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Proficient in English
    • Languages Preferred: English (Fluency required)
    • Should have good Excel knowledge and exposure to fleet/service management solutions.

    Orion ERP Specialist (ICT Manager)

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the assigned Computer & Copier Service team members Lead, coach and train team members
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for team

    Maintenance Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all equipment and machinery in the cashew processing plant.
    • The role involves ensuring minimal downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and maintaining safety and compliance with industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Equipment Maintenance & Repair: 

    • To Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
    • Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of processing machinery, boilers, conveyors, dryers, graders, shelling, peeling, and packaging equipment.
    • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure prompt procurement of required components.

    Operational Efficiency & Performance:

    • Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
    • Reduce downtime and improve productivity through continuous equipment optimization.
    • Ensure smooth operations of utility systems like power supply, air compressors, and HVAC systems.

    Team Leadership & Training:

    • Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to schedules and work assignments.
    • Provide technical training and development programs for maintenance personnel.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Health, Safety & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and food processing standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
    • Implement and maintain proper safety protocols and maintenance documentation.

    Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing cost without compromising efficiency.
    • Track maintenance expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
    • Evaluate and approve service contracts with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Minimum of 7 - 8 years of experience in maintenance within food processing, preferably in a cashew or nut processing facility.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
    • Experience with TPM, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
