    Sortex Operator

    Job Purpose

    • The Sortex Operator ensures accurate sorting of hulled sesame seeds using electronic color sorting machines, delivering high-quality output in compliance with food safety and quality standards.
    • The role focuses on machine operation, product quality assurance, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate, monitor, and adjust Sortex machines for optimal seed sorting.
    • Inspect sorted seeds for compliance with quality specifications (color, size, defects).
    • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of Sortex equipment.
    • Record production and machine performance data accurately.
    • Uphold GMP, HACCP, and safety standards in all operations.
    • Conduct sanitation tasks and maintain hygienic work areas.
    • Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Sorting accuracy rate (% seeds meeting quality standards).
    • Production output vs. target achieved per shift.
    • Machine uptime percentage (minimized downtime).
    • Number of quality rejections or recalls.
    • Compliance rate with hygiene and safety audits.
    • Accuracy of production and maintenance records.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 years experience.
    • Technical Aptitude: Ability to operate and troubleshoot Sortex/electronic machines.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on color, size, and defect detection.
    • Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and hygiene practices.
    • Problem-Solving: Quick response to machine or quality issues.
    • Teamwork & Communication: Effective collaboration with supervisors and colleagues.
    • Physical Stamina & Vision: Capacity for long shifts, moderate lifting, and strong visual acuity (color/depth perception).
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to production changes and shift schedules.
    • Record Keeping: Accuracy in documenting production and machine data.

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.

    Tally Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tally Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records for agro-allied operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP software, solid accounting knowledge, and familiarity with financial processes in the agro-allied, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
    • Prepare, verify, and post accounting entries for sales, purchases, payments, and receipts.
    • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer ledgers regularly.
    • Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budgets.

    • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 (or newer versions) is mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
