Job Summary
- We are hiring a Sales Executive for a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates should have prior experience in telecommunications, ISP services, or related technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new residential and corporate customers for internet and connectivity services.
- Generate leads, conduct sales visits, and deliver product presentations to prospective clients.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, field activations, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Account Management & Retention:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience in the Telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Core Competencies: Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
