We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with strong expertise in growing and managing YouTube channels and other social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands content strategy, audience growth, and performance optimisation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating and maintaining a social media marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
• Researching, Writing/producing/outsourcing all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.)
• Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different social media networks, and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
• Generate effective social media influencer marketing campaigns, whereby powerful social users are turned into brand advocates who promote the brand’s products, services, etc
• Manage and oversee the company’s YouTube channel and overall social media presence
• Monitoring brand and product-related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for emergencies, Identify important/relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
• Track and measure the performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, twitter.
• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or related field
• 2–5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong experience managing content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube)
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and engaging content
• Strong understanding of social media engagement metrics and performance tracking
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Flexible writing style with a strong sense of audience engagement
• Maximum age: 28 years

Job Responsibilities

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
• Greet and welcome guest
• Answer questions and address complaints
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Keep updated records and files
• Take up other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as front desk representative.
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer etc.)
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
