    SME Business Consultant

    Role Overview

    • As a SME Business consultant with Shecluded, you will play a key role in strengthening the businesses of women entrepreneurs by providing high-quality advisory, coaching, and capacity-building support.
    • You will contribute to program design, business diagnostics, training delivery, and growth strategy development, helping MSMEs become more resilient, profitable, and investment-ready.
    • You will work within our programs and community to offer practical, actionable strategies that help women grow and professionalize their businesses.
    • You will also support Shecluded with documentation for funding, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that our work creates value for both the organization and the clients we serve.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide hands-on business advisory support to women-led MSMEs, delivering practical and actionable strategies to strengthen operations, increase sales, improve financial management, and drive sustainable business growth.
    • Develop high-quality documents including proposals, RFP submissions, funding applications, business plans, strategic reports, and other materials that advance Shecluded’s programs and partnerships.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Programs, Credit, Community, Partnerships) to enhance service delivery, improve client experience, and increase overall value for both clients and Shecluded.
    • Support research, data gathering, and market analysis, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations that inform program design, business advisory interventions, and strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor client performance and advisory outcomes, tracking progress, identifying gaps, and adjusting support strategies to ensure businesses achieve measurable results.
    • Contribute to Shecluded’s growth and impact goals by identifying partnership opportunities, supporting stakeholder engagement, and strengthening relationships within the MSME ecosystem.
    • Design and facilitate business training, workshops, and coaching sessions, ensuring content is practical, relevant, and aligned with the needs of women entrepreneurs across sectors.
    • Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate records, preparing advisory summaries, and supporting program monitoring and evaluation efforts.

    Qualifications / Requiremnts 

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
    • A strong understanding of MSMEs/SMEs and the business climate in Nigeria.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
    • Ability to translate client objectives into practical business solutions and deliverables.
    • Knowledge of key business drivers, regulatory factors, and operational processes across different sectors.
    • Ability to define strategies, build business cases, and design target operating models (processes, customer journeys, workflows).
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and familiarity with Canva or similar business tools.
    • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership or management potential—ability to coach, coordinate, and guide others.
    • Excellent written and spoken English (local languages are an added advantage).  consulting experience.

    Sales and Marketing Associate

    Role Overview

    • As we continue to scale our programs, expand our footprint, and grow our impact, we are seeking a highly strategic, driven, and creative Marketing & Sales Associate who will play an integral role in shaping Shecluded’s brand presence and driving revenue growth..
    • The Marketing & Sales Associate is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen Shecluded’s brand presence, drive customer acquisition, retain clients, and generate revenue across all programs and services.
    • This role requires a creative thinker, strategic planner, and results-focused salesperson who understands digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about business growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing (Branding & Visibility):

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
    • Create engaging content across digital platforms (social media, email campaigns, website, blogs, ads).
    • Manage Sheclude’s online presence, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities.
    • Plan and implement digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social ads, influencer partnerships).
    • Track and report marketing performance metrics using analytic tools.
    • Organize brand activations, community engagement initiatives, and promotional events.
    • Work closely with the Programs team to promote courses, trainings, and initiatives.

    Sales (Revenue & Client Relationship Management):

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client leads.
    • Drive sales conversations from prospecting to closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, organizations, and corporate clients.
    • Present Shecluded’s programs and services to leads, stakeholders, and prospective clients.
    • Conduct follow-up calls, schedule meetings, and maintain timely communication.
    • Prepare structured proposals, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
    • Manage CRM tools to track sales activities 

    Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    • Analyze campaign performance, sales conversions, and market data to make strategic decisions.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management.
    • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, dashboards) to drive insights.

    Brand Management & Visibility:

    • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.
    • Strengthen Shecluded’s presence through campaigns, media engagement, PR, events, and collaborations.
    • Build strong community engagement and user loyalty programs.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work with the program, operations, and communications teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Provide feedback and insights to improve products, customer experience, and overall service delivery.
    • Support team activities during program launches, events, and outreach campaigns.

    Administrative & Operational Duties:

    • Keep detailed documentation of Sales target deadlines, submitted proposals, and commenced  marketing projects.
    • Must  Manage all sales and community growth to deliver on 99% retention and growth of all potential sales leads and closing new sales targets weekly.
    • Develop and update templates, tools, and guides for proposal development and marketing processes and presentation.
    • Support internal audits, and organizational compliance checks.

    Technical Skills We Value:

    • Exprience with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or email automation platforms
    • Experience selling programs, courses, or digital products
    • Understanding of gender-focused or social-impact initiatives

    Requirments / Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities
    Grant Prospecting & Research:

    Data Collection & Analysis:

    • Support program teams with research, data collection, and analysis to strengthen the evidence base for proposals and program design.
    • Track socio-economic trends, market shifts, gender-lens investment insights, and financial inclusion indicators.
    • Provide data-driven insights that influence program development, reporting, storytelling, and product innovation.

    Grant Compliance & Reporting:

    • Monitor grant timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements to ensure 100% compliance.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • A proven track record of successful grant applications is highly desirable.
    • Experience working with donor agencies (Mastercard Foundation, USAID, GIZ, DFID, UN agencies, etc.) is an added advantage.
