    Site Engineer / Builder

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As a Site Engineer/Builder, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are executed according to design, budget, timeline, and safety specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction, a strong technical background, and effective site coordination skills.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out in accordance with engineering plans and specifications
    • Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
    • Prepare and interpret site layout plans, structural drawings, and schedules
    • Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
    • Conduct site inspections, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with quality standards
    • Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently
    • Provide technical guidance and resolve issues that may arise during construction

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
    • 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Builder in a construction or project management firm
    • Sound knowledge of building methods, construction technology, and health & safety regulations
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Proficiency in project tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Revit is an added advantage

    Position Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Estate Surveyor & Valuer to join our team.
