JOB SUMMARY

• As a Site Engineer/Builder, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are executed according to design, budget, timeline, and safety specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction, a strong technical background, and effective site coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out in accordance with engineering plans and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
• Prepare and interpret site layout plans, structural drawings, and schedules
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Builder in a construction or project management firm
• Sound knowledge of building methods, construction technology, and health & safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, or Revit is an added advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently

Requirements

• HND/BS.c in Estate Management from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in real estate valuation and agency
• Must be a graduate member or fully registered member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)
• Registration with ESVARBON is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and valuation software
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
