    Service Technician - Inverter & Battery

    Location: Bode Thomas, Surulere - Lagos

    Job Summary

    • Service Technician - Inverter & Battery, as a Service Technician, will be empowered to work across the entire city to problem solve.
    • The maintenance service work includes inverter troubleshooting, site visits, meeting with customers, perform preventive and corrective maintenance and collecting service information. Finally improve the customer satisfactory rate of inverter field service.

    Duties

    • Tubular Battery Maintenance
    • DM-Water Topping
    • Battery Reconnection
    • Battery Test / Diagnosis.
    • Reconnection.

    Qualifications / Specifications

    • OND from a reputable Higher Institution with Electrical / Electronics option
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field and good knowledge of Inverter/batteries repair and installation.
    • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customers’ needs.
    • Good leadership skills.
    • Strong coordination and influencing skills.
    • Strong Oral and Written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal Skills.
    • Must know how to ride motorcycle.

    Spare Parts Sales Executive (Two Wheeler)

    Overview

    • We are seeking energetic, motivated, and articulate team players who will be a part of our sales team and will be assigned with the execution of sales targets in their respective areas.
    • You will also be playing a key role in customer mapping and maintaining strong relationships with them.

    Job Description

    • Onboard new customers in your territory -automobile parts retail stores
    • Achieve sales targets in your area as given by the management
    • 100% fieldwork and regular field visits with fixed journey plans
    • Network development in the assigned territory.
    • Generating sales of automobile spare parts
    • Deal closing ability- right from lead generation to getting business out of the customer.
    • Maintain customer relations
    • Follow up on potential Leads.

    Candidate Profile

    • HND qualification with a minimum of 4 years  relevant work experience.
    • Field sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
    • Candidates must be comfortable with aggressive sales targets.
    • Must be ready to travel.
    • Should have a two-wheeler
    • Confident, aggressive, and good at communication.
    • Knowledge of local language preferred.
