    Service Executive, Conversion Programme - SECP 6

    Person Specifications
    Below are the eligibility criteria for the conversion exercise:

    • Not more than than 32 years.
    • Minimum academic qualification is B.Sc. Degree with Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit from institutions accredited by NUC or other regulatory bodies approved by government.
    • Possession of higher Degree(s) and/or relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, will be a distant advantage.
    • Must have worked in the Bank for a minimum of 1 year as a non-core staff.
    • Sound moral and ethical conduct with no disciplinary records.
    • Evidence of mandatory NYSC scheme or Exemption Certificate.

    Head, Business Application, User Experience and DevOps

    Job Description

    • Assist in planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to the design, development and implementation of the systems and software applications
    • Assist development lead in all activities with respect to application development & management operations and support
    • Contribute to planning the introduction of new application systems
    • Develop prototypes (to improve envisioning and communication) and proof-of-concept systems (to test technology) to validate potential solutions
    • Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
    • Assist in maintaining, supporting and upgrading existing IT systems and applications
    • Participate in the customisation of application packages
    • Design technical solution including high level (entity – relationship, data flow) to low level (field structures, database schemas) design
    • Develop technical design that will support the development, execution and operations of the service.
    • Assist in developing service acceptance criteria. Propose performance levels for new service. Review and verify service requirements with users. Agree and document service acceptance criteria
    • Create the service development plan. Review and agree with users
    • Build, configure or customize the technical solution (technical code components and services)
    • Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
    • Review technical constraints and performance issues of business intelligence and integration solutions
    • Provide leadership role across all Agile Squads in conjunction with other senior stakeholders by helping removing impediments to sprint execution
    • Ensure Availability and optimal performance and costing of the Azure DevOps platform
    • Implement and enforce a controlled process that ensure total Source Code Maintenance and adequate versioning of code, artifact, appservices and containerized applications
    • Implement, enforce and provide support on the adoption of Continuous Integration, Continuous Security and Continuous Deployment in line with Agile-DevOps practices for all Bespoke solutions
    • Drive adoption and maturity of the Agile-DevOps practices across Project Management, Application security, Development, Testing & UAT and Solution Delivery
    • Keeping abreast and driving adoption of new trends in agile solution delivery processes and practices.
    • Oversee the development of dashboard that communicate the team’s performance in line with the agreed Agile-DevOps KPIs
    • Actively participate in unit testing / quality reviews through the build phase to ensure that the solution meets the agreed functional specifications
    • Develop technical design that will support the development, execution and operations of the service.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a business /IT related discipline
    • Masters, MBA or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage

    Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in designing, developing and delivering solutions
    • 5+ years in managerial position.
    • 3+ years leading an Agile-DevOps solution delivery team
