Field Service Technician at Emmollade Tech & Services

ILocation: Lagos Island (applicants must reside on Lagos Island)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber-optic internet systems and telecommunications equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Perform diagnostic tests and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and services performed.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and support teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards during installations.

Requirements:

• Must reside on Lagos Island.
• Basic understanding of network cabling, telecommunications, or IT systems (training will be provided).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Must be physically fit and capable of handling technical equipment.

Qualification:

• Minimum of OND in Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
