    Senior Technical Product Manager

    Job Description

    • Manage product development projects concentrating on identified areas.
    • Liaise with all relevant departments/markets to ensure the quality, the consistency and the success of the developments related to identified projects.
    • Coordinate the development of communication tools with specialized teams including writing user stories, product requirement documentation.
    • Manage the budget allocated to various projects.
    • Management of consumer centric product & portfolio, respecting the business needs.
    • Build strong relationship with our partners & suppliers to ensure smooth project developments
    • Formulate and deliver effective sales & marketing strategies and plan to achieve business Objectives
    • Responsible for brand building & management (including product innovation and renovation).
    • Initiate and manage programs & projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies.
    • Plan and execute a full range of marketing activities, e.g. advertising, branding, CRM, PR, digital & data-driven marketing etc.
    • Work with Line Managers and brand team to transfer category visions and plans into local marketing execution plans.
    • Identify relevant market and consumer insights and turn those insights into opportunities to satisfy customer needs.
    • Work with Suppliers (Manufacturers, Farmers, Distributors) to understand their needs and create products to digitise their needs.
    • Create business requirements for dashboard and supply side.
    • Facilitate the quick on-boarding of suppliers following proper KYC documentation.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure to have classified information for business purposes due to relationship
    • Create and implement business plans of activities that will introduce our organization to its target market in a bid to enhance her image position in the Agrotech and Fintech space.
    • Attend a daily Agile (Scrum) meeting to identify, groom, and report progress on development projects.


    • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management in the fintech industry.
    • A background in software development is a plus.
    • Good command of Jira and SQL
    • Demonstrated success defining and launching products for b2b and/or b2c users.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.

    Product Support Analyst

    About Role

    • As a product support analyst, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services involving the company’s products in the market. Generally, you will provide second-level support to external clients or internal teams who are product users.
    • The role holder takes ownership of support tickets, remaining accountable for assisting the client through resolving the issue and serving as an internal subject matter expert on particular products.

    What You’ll do

    • Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
    • Understand Company application platforms end-to-end
    • Analyze the root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
    • Handle escalated issues and follow up on outstanding issues promptly.
    • Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
    • Define tasks SLAs
    • Identify, classify, and resolve tasks according to defined priority levels accurately and promptly.
    • Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
    • Maintain daily logs of operational issues and maintenance activities.
    • Perform various tests on the process with the help of test cases and prepare documents for the same Coordinate with the manager to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
    • Collaborate with the development team to design new programs for all client implementation activities and manage all communication with the departments to resolve all issues and assist with implementation analysis to manage all production data.
    • Perform research on all client issues, document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of a metadata registry.
    • Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients, and organize all project materials.
    • Train client technical staff on all software issues, identify issues in processes and provide necessary solutions.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT-related field or proven work experience
    • Experience with supporting tech products for 4-6years
    • Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, and marketing techniques.
    • Hands-on experience with web technologies.
    • Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello, and confluence
    • Strong time management skills
    • Good communication skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional Team
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL is required
