    Senior Sales Manager

    Job Description
    The client is a company focused on building charging infrastructure, raising awareness about electric vehicles, delivering immersive experiences, and engaging in manufacturing, with the aim of creating a sustainable future for Nigeria. The preferred candidate duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Participate in different events and associations to increase company awareness and enrich the prospect pipeline
    • Establish solid relationships with prospects and understand their needs and objectives in order to offer tailored solutions
    • Build and negotiate convincing commercial offers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure regular follow-up with qualified prospects throughout the sales process and support them until contracts are signed
    • Ensure a smooth transition of converted prospects to the appropriate teams and guarantee a consistent and quality customer experience
    • Maintain close relationships with customers, ensure their long-term satisfaction, and identify additional development opportunities​.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
    • Successful experience in Sales and B2B business development (preferably in transportation, logistics or manufacturing).
    • Very good interpersonal skills and good level of written and verbal communication in English
    • Ability to organize effectively and independently.

The preferred candidate's duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Drive our content strategy to lift engagement across our digital channels and brand touchpoints to educate and stimulate potential customers
    • Convey complex ideas and topics simply and in an engaging way
    • Create and manage social media content plans
    • Compose and publish high-quality, content-rich blog posts, press releases, articles, and documents related to the businesses and services of the company
    • Writing new SEO-friendly copy for pages on the website
    • Develop and Implement Strategic content marketing campaign as approved by the company
    • Develop, review, and edit content
    • Optimizing current copy on the website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
    • Research relevant topics and highlight current trends
    • Create original graphics and materials​.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field
    • 3-6 years of industry experience as a creative writer. Preferably working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
    • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
    • Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
    • A working knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing

    • Collaborate with our brilliant creative, design, and content teams to develop captivating digital marketing assets and campaigns.
    • Dive deep into market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.
    • Monitor, analyze, and dissect key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics like a true master. With data as your weapon, you'll optimize campaigns, unlock hidden insights, and fuel data-driven decision-making.

    Requirements

    Charging Sales

    Job Description
    The client is a company focused on building charging infrastructure, raising awareness about electric vehicles, delivering immersive experiences, and engaging in manufacturing, with the aim of creating a sustainable future for Nigeria. The preferred candidate's duties and responsibilities will include:

    • Build long-term relationships with key growth customers and provide leadership and direction in strategic customer interface.
    • Establish, maintain, and service accounts, covering full assigned territory to ensure high customer satisfaction, positive long-term relationships, and repeat business
    • Generate revenue from selling charging products and services for on-road electric vehicles
    • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
    • Timely Payment follow-up with customers & ensuring collections of payments.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably with a business, marketing, strategy, or engineering focus
    • Experience in the Electric Vehicle market is strongly preferred
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in sales, business development, or strategy preferably at an automotive supplier
    • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, ability to define and execute a path to success given only high-level targets
    • Driven to develop close relationships, learn about customers, and find creative new opportunities for collaboration​.
