Senior Officer Learning and Development at Centre For Research in Enterprise and Action in Management (CREM) Nigeria

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify organizational skill gaps.
• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and structured learning content.
• Facilitate engaging in-person training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and facilitators.
• Partner with managers to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Support performance management through targeted capability development initiatives.
• Design and implement employee career development and growth frameworks.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using standardized assessment models.
• Maintain accurate training records and learning databases.
• Prepare periodic reports on learning outcomes and training impact.
• Promote a continuous learning culture across the organization
