    Senior Mechanical Instructor

    Summary of Job Function

    • The job entails impacting (In-Plant and In-House) Technical knowledge to skilled and unskilled personnel from the Industrial and oil & gas sector, (or Trainee beneficiaries of Cooperate Social Responsibility programme) in the area of Mechanical, Electro-mechanical via the use of modern Training aids, software, simulators and hands-on equipment.

    Other Responsibilities:

    • Ability to facilitate and pass across previous Engineering experience.
    • Implementation Mechanical Trainings and projects.
    • Developing & updating new Mechanical and Electro-mechanical courses and manuals.
    • Building, installing Mechanical & Electro-mechanical Trainers as well as software to facilitate Training programmes
    • Sourcing for Mechanical and Electro-mechanical projects e.g. procurements, installation, repair, upgrades etc.
    • Lead research and development team in Mechanical related project and Trainings.
    • Ability to work under pressure and tight reporting schedule
    • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Readiness to travel for in-plant Trainings.
    • Ability to multi-task.

    Requirements
    The Senior Mechanical Instructor should possess the following qualifications:

    • Senior Mechanical Instructor will have over 5-8 years’ skill and competence in Mechanical or Electro- Mechanical Engineering and must have handled some Mechanical Engineering projects.
    • BSc. / BEng. /BTech and MSc in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
    • Over 3 years hands-on training and facilitation experience & presentation experience.
    • Ability to design world-class Training materials and Trainers.
    • Must be skilled in practical & field experience with direct applications of relevant software.
    • Minimum of 35 years’ old.
    • Over 3 years hands-on training and facilitation experience & presentation skills
    • Must be skilled in practical & field experience with direct applications of relevant software.

    Automation Lead

    SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION

    Job involves providing training services (In-Plant and In-House) and consultancy services to clients in the FMCG, Oil and Gas industries, skilled and unskilled individuals in the area of Industrial Automation, Instrumentation and process control, via the use of modern training aids, software, simulators and hands-on equipment.

    Other Responsibilities

    • Developing/updating new instrumentation and process control courses
    • Implementation of calibration training and projects
    • Sourcing for instrumentation and process control projects e.g. procurements, installation, repair, upgrades etc.
    • Provide Instrumentation design and automation support for new projects for clients in the FMCG, Oil and Gas Industries.
    • Lead research and development team in Automation, Instrumentation and Control.

    • The Head, Automation should possess the following qualifications:
    • Automation Lead will have over 7 years’ skill and competences in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Process Control Engineering and must have handled some Engineering Projects.
    • BSc. /BEng. /BTech and MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
    • Over 3 years hands-on training and facilitation experience/ presentation experience.

    • BSc. /BEng. /BTech. in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
    • Over 3 years hands-on training and facilitation experience/ presentation skills
    • Ability to design world-class training materials and trainers.
    • Must be skilled in practical/ field experience with direct applications of relevant software.

    JOB SKILLS

    • Ability to design Training materials and Trainers.
    • Minimum of 30 years’ old.
    • Over 2 years hands-on training and facilitation experience & presentation skills
    • Must be skilled in relevant software applications and use.

    Manager, Business Development

    Qualification

    • B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in Engineering, business administration, marketing, or other related disciplines
    • Minimum of 10 years of engineering sales, in preferably an engineering sales / consulting environment

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drawing comprehensive marketing plans for the company’s products
    • Confer or consult with Department head to plan advertising services and to secure information on clients needs and customer specification
    • Exploitation and Exploration of new Markets.
    • Review operational records and determine profitability.
    • Assess Marketing potential of new and existing Clients.
    • Liaise with potential Customer regarding training and other engineering consulting needs and solutions

    • Prepare and submit weekly marketing plans and reports of achievements
    • Prepare annual income budget projections for all products
    • Selling training, engineering projects and or supplies
    • Create business opportunities to generate resources for the company
