    Senior Executive Assistant

    Task/ Duties/Responsibilities

    Executive Support & Strategic Coordination:

    • Manage priorities, schedules, correspondence, and high-level communications
    • Prepare management presentations, and strategic documentation
    • Coordinate meetings, follow up on action points, and ensure execution of management decisions
    • Represent management in internal coordination and act as a key point of contact with external stakeholders

    Office Administration & Operations Leadership:

    • Oversee and optimize office operations and administrative budgets
    • Establish and improve office policies, systems, and controls to support business growth
    • Ensure efficient document management, record keeping, and compliance with company standards

    HR Management & Leadership:

    • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and exits
    • Advise management on workforce planning, and organizational development
    • Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
    • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
    • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion
    • Drive employee engagement, training, and leadership development initiatives

    Compliance, Governance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and export industry regulations
    • Support internal and external audits
    • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, ethics, and corporate governance

    Desired Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
    • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Executive Assistance or Office Leadership roles
    • Prior experience in Agro export, manufacturing, FMCG, or trading organizations preferred
    • Strong understanding of organizational governance

    Executive Assistant - Quality and Production

    Task/ Duties/Responsibilities

    Executive & Administrative Support

    • Provide executive support including meeting coordination, travel logistics, and professional correspondence.
    • Prepare management reports, presentations, and minutes for operational, quality, and other meetings.
    • Track action points and follow up internally to ensure timely execution.

    Quality & Food Safety Support

    • Support implementation and monitoring of quality standards in line with local and international export requirements.
    • Assist with compliance documentation for agencies such as Nigeria Customs Service, Inspection Agencies, SON, and Quarantine Services.
    • Maintain quality records, SOPs, inspection reports, and certification documentation (e.g. HACCP).
    • Coordinate internal and external audits and track corrective and preventive actions.

    Production Coordination

    • Support production planning by compiling daily, weekly, and monthly production data.
    • Liaise with operations team, processing facilities, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure production targets and export timelines are met.
    • Track key production indicators including volumes, yields, wastage, and efficiency.

    ESG Support

    • Support ESG initiatives aligned with stakeholder expectations
    • Collect and manage relevant data related to environmental impact labour standards, health & safety, and traceability
    • Assist in preparing ESG and sustainability reports for international buyers, regulators, and partners
    • Support social responsibility initiatives

    Compliance & Export Documentation

    • Assist in coordinating export documentation including Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates, and customer compliance documents
    • Support adherence to environmental regulations, and sourcing requirements
    • Maintain organized records for inspections, audits, and customer requirements

    Desired Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Management, or a related field
    • 3–5 years’ experience in operations, quality, or sustainability support role (experience in agro-processing or export is an advantage)
    • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for agro-exports is highly desirable

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with ERP or traceability systems is an advantage
    • Ability to work effectively with regulators, warehouse teams and international buyers

    Finance Officer

    Task/ Duties/Responsibilities

    Executive & Strategic Support

    • Provide Finance administration
    • Manage priorities, correspondence, and confidential communications
    • Prepare management reports, presentations and strategic documents
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including follow-ups and action tracking
    • Act as a central point of coordination between management, operations, logistics, and external partners

    Finance, Accounting & Bookkeeping Oversight

    • Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day financial and bookkeeping operations
    • Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
    • Supervise invoicing, payments, receivables, and bank reconciliations
    • Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial summaries for management
    • Support budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities
    • Monitor export revenues, operating expenses and profit margins
    • Ensure timely compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
    • Liaise with external auditors, accountants, banks, and tax authorities

    Trade Finance Responsibilities

    • Oversee financial tracking of export transactions, logistics costs, duties, insurance, and foreign exchange exposure
    • Manage documentation related to export sales, trade finance, and foreign currency receipts
    • Support compliance with local and international trade regulations

    Leadership & Process Improvement

    • Establish, improve, and maintain financial controls, and procedures
    • Provide guidance and oversight to staff
    • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities within finance and operations
    • Support management in decision-making through accurate and timely financial information

    Desired Qualification

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related discipline
    • Professional accounting qualification is a strong advantage
    • Minimum of 5–7 years experience in finance, accounting, or executive support roles
    • Proven experience handling bookkeeping and financial reporting
    • Experience in trading, manufacturing, or supply-chain-driven businesses preferred

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy
    • Proficient use of an ERP accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
