JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

• The purpose of the position is to coordinate the integration of projects across the Front-end and Execution phases to ensure a seamless transition and achieve Best-Practical Front-End loading at FID.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordination and manage the interface between the Front end and Execution for Brownfield capital projects ensuring an integrated and consistent approach on all portfolio projects irrespective of size to ensure competitive and affordable projects are delivered.
• Provide the project execution input in the Assess and Select phases and ensure a robust Basis for Design, Project
• Execution strategy delivered for execution including contracting and procurement, schedule and cost estimates, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate requirements from key stakeholders to ensure that they are understood and incorporated in the project scope and execution planning, including regulatory, business, constructability for the project execution is firm and detailed enough to support effective project control and implementation during the Execution Phase.
•  Actively promote the deployment of the Project Management Framework principles and best practices as well as
• Brownfield Practices & Tools and manages to obtain buy in from external stakeholders.
• Ensure that the HSE execution strategy for all projects is robust and effective and personally be accountable for Goal Zero
• Ensure that projects have clear competitive and defined scope and that the scope is frozen during the Select
• phase and with no growth during Define. Ensure that all projects in select are subjected to robust value challenge and competitive scoping reviews as appropriate and support the front-end team to achieve scoped up better and quicker compared to the past.
• Provide continuing technical support to the execution teams during the Define Phase to ensure there is no value erosion.
• Promote and ensure the implementation of assurance products and value improvement practices (VIP) in projects, such brownfield health-check, Front-End Loading, competitive scoping, Value Engineering, digitalization initiatives and energy efficiency.
• Support the delivery of credible concepts ensuring integration of the full TECOP spectrum of risk and uncertainty into the preparation of cost, schedule, and resources estimates.

• Projects Maturation t Decision Gates (DG3/DG4)
• Average FEL Index for Projects in Select Phase/Define Phase
• Number of Projects with TQ Plans approved.
• Percentage of Projects on Schedule in Select Phase
• Number of Projects with Open Switches at DG3

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• A university degree in Engineering

Experience

• 5-8 years post-graduation experience with 3 years in experience working across Front end and Execution roles on portfolio projects

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

• Functionally reports to; Head Design, Engineering and Project Integration (TPD)
• Administratively reports to: TP

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

• To operate the Risk Management process and tools for our client in the Oil & Gas industry, in order to achieve effective implementation of risk and opportunity management in all project phases.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Implement the project risk management process: risk identification and assessment; risk quantification and prioritization; risk response planning and implementation, risk information records; risk monitoring and control.
• Support the regular health assessment of the project risk management process.
• Coordinate and (when necessary) facilitate risk management events such as risk workshops and risk review meetings with the participation of all key stakeholders.
• Carry out qualitative and quantitative risk analysis on projects: integrate input from the risk register, cost estimate and schedule into deterministic and probabilistic risk analyses to provide final cost and schedule range estimates.
• Update the project risk database, including the addition of new risks, tracking risk response actions and reporting on risk KPIs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

• A University degree in Engineering

Experience

• 5-7 years post-graduation experience in a core project function (project engineering, construction, project services, or front-end development), preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience of Project Risk Register creation and maintenance.

Preferred:

• Experience with qualitative modelling techniques and tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, @risk etc.)
• Certified qualification with respect to Risk Management systems and tools.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of contracting strategy, project optimization processes, construction constraints are prerequisite for the job.
