    Security Coordinator I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • The Security Coordinator performs a key role supporting the procurement of services and material for the turnaround activities. Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Ensures programs are effective and identifies the need for additional resources. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement site security and emergency preparedness plans and procedures to reinforce the security of a company
    • Develop screening criteria for the contractor
    • Perform contractor screening process
    • Contractor passes issuing effort
    • Develop security plan for the T/A

    During Execution

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • Previous experience in Security
    • Perform contractor screening process if addition contractor resource are activated
    • Contractor passes issuing effort.

    Completions Engineer III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Prepare detailed engineering designs and coordinate all phases of planning and completing a well
    • Ensure the geological and reservoir objectives of the well are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied to the well design and execution.
    • Prepare designs and well plans representing the optimal costs and investments for the wells.
    • In a Technical role, provide review and support to Drill team designs and operations described in the MAIN FUNCTIONS: above, as well as evaluate and progress new technology. Could include subsea technology.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to the Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 Completions Engineer must:

    • Facilitate the preparation and monitor capital budgets relating to completions and well design.
    • Ensure accurate and sustainable quality of data for timing projects
    • Interact daily with completion foreman, drilling leadership, etc.
    • Interact with completion Service Company representing to improve efficiency operations and cost out lays
    • Identify and apply industry best practices as applicable
    • Work in conjunction with safety, environmental and field operations personnel to optimize safety performance.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • BS degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
    • Broad and extensive knowledge of completions design, equipment, operations, standards and specifications. This could include subsea systems technology.
    • Strong personal effectiveness in leadership, communications, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Material Lead - Senior position

    Main Functions

    • The Materials Lead manages and expedites the flow of materials, equipment, parts, and assemblies between internal and external departments and sites, according to delivery and shipping schedules and project priorities, and compiles and maintains computerized records.

    Tasks And Responsibilities

    • In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:
      • Oversees and ensures the compilation and maintenance of manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, delivery, shipping and storage reports, and status and location of materials.
      • Monitor and oversee the transport of materials from one department to another.
      • Manages and ensures arrangements for the repair and/or assembly of company-provided materials, equipment or parts.
      • Any additional activities as directed by the Project Manager and Site Manager are required to support delivery.

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree required
    • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
    • Experience in materials management preferred.
    • General knowledge of industry equipment and materials, with the ability to positively identify components.
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP material catalogues and search tools.
    • Extensive knowledge of how and where materials are used in the plant.
    • Knowledgeable of quality control systems and procedures.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access or equivalent programs.
    • Work experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
    • Advanced time management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Advanced written and oral communications skills.
    • Influencing with and without authority.
    • Organization skills.
