    Senior NDT Level III Operator (UT & RT / X-Ray Inspection)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly qualified Senior NDT Level III Operator to support inspection and quality assurance activities in our LPG tank manufacturing and mechanical fabrication operations.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience performing advanced non-destructive testing on welded structures, LPG cylinders, storage tanks, and fabricated steel components.
    • The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and adherence to international inspection standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections on LPG tanks, storage tanks, welded joints, and fabricated steel structures.
    • Operate and interpret results from Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Radiographic Testing (RT / X-Ray) equipment.
    • Ensure all inspections comply with applicable industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
    • Prepare accurate inspection reports and technical documentation.
    • Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to production teams.
    • Support welding quality control and fabrication inspection processes.
    • Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and safe handling of NDT equipment, especially radiographic equipment.
    • Work closely with engineering, production, and QA/QC teams to maintain product integrity.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • NDT Level III certification (mandatory) – ASNT, ISO, PCN, or equivalent recognized certification.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in NDT inspection within tank manufacturing, pressure vessels, oil & gas, or heavy steel fabrication industries.
    • Proven experience operating both:
      • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) equipment
      • Radiographic Testing (RT / X-Ray) equipment
    • Experience inspecting LPG tanks, pressure vessels, pipelines, or similar fabricated metal structures.
    • Strong understanding of welding inspection techniques and fabrication processes.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical standards.
    • Strong attention to safety, particularly in radiographic testing environments.
    • Good reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience specifically in LPG cylinder or storage tank manufacturing facilities.
    • Knowledge of international pressure vessel inspection standards.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    • Good communication skills and teamwork ability.

    Mechanical Engineer (Tank Manufacturing & Mechanical Fabrication)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in LPG tank manufacturing, storage tank fabrication, and mechanical workshop operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in heavy steel fabrication environments and be familiar with production processes related to pressure vessels, tanks, and industrial metal fabrication.
    • Our workshop is equipped with advanced machinery including CNC cutting machines, plasma cutting systems, press machines, welding equipment, dishing/bombe machines, pipe bending machines, casting equipment, and other metal fabrication tools.
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in production planning, engineering support, quality control, and workshop coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in the design, manufacturing, and quality control of LPG tanks and storage tanks.
    • Provide engineering support for mechanical fabrication and workshop production processes.
    • Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication requirements.
    • Supervise production activities and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
    • Coordinate with workshop technicians and operators to optimize production efficiency.
    • Monitor welding, cutting, forming, and assembly processes.

    • Proven experience with LPG tank production or storage tank fabrication is strongly preferred.

    Hands-on experience working in mechanical workshops with equipment such as:

    • CNC and plasma cutting machines
    • Press and forming machines
    • Welding systems
    • Dishing/bombe machines
    • Pipe bending equipment
    • Casting or metal forming machinery
    • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
    • Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and material properties.
    • Familiarity with relevant safety and quality standards in tank manufacturing.
    • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Preferred Skills (Advantageous):

    • Experience specifically in LPG cylinder/tank manufacturing facilities.
    • Workshop management or production supervision experience.
