    Sea Logistics/Import and Export Officer

    Job Summary

    • HRLeverage Africa is currently recruiting for the position of Sea Logistics / Import Export Officer on behalf of our client in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs processes, and coordinating sea logistics operations efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage sea freight operations, ensuring efficient handling of import and export shipments.
    • Prepare and process import/export documentation in compliance with customs regulations.
    • Liaise with shipping lines, customs agents, and relevant authorities to ensure timely cargo clearance.
    • Monitor and track shipment status, providing updates to clients and internal teams.
    • Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records.
    • Resolve operational challenges related to freight forwarding and customs processes.
    • Ensure compliance with all Free Trade Zone and international trade regulations.
    • Support overall logistics and supply chain operations as required.

    Requirements

    • OND/HND in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar import/export or logistics role.
    • Strong knowledge of customs processes and sea freight operations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customs process software.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.

    Facility Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
    • Oversee repairs, servicing, and routine inspections of company buildings, equipment, and utilities.
    • Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers.
    • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and cost.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Monitor facility budgets and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions.
    • Prepare and maintain facility management reports and documentation.
    • Support logistics operations by ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition for business continuity.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend modern facility management solutions.

    Key Requirements

    • HND/BSc in Real Estate Management, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in facility or property management, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility/property management software.
    • Ability to think creatively and implement modern facility management practices.
    • Male candidate preferred (for gender balance).

    Air System Technician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform regular inspection, maintenance, and repairs on air systems and related components.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in air system operations to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure all air systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
    • Work with the maintenance team to identify and replace faulty parts or equipment.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report faults promptly.
    • Follow established safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.

    Key Requirements

    • Primary or SSCE certificate.
    • Must have Trade Test Certificate.
    • Proven experience in air system maintenance within a structured organization.
    • Ability to communicate in English and understand job-related instructions.
    • Strong understanding of air system principles and mechanical safety procedures.

    Driver

    Job Summary:

    • We are hiring a responsible and experienced Personal Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for the company executive.
    • The ideal candidate must be familiar with Lagos routes, maintain discretion, and ensure the vehicle is always in top condition.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the executive safely to and from appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
    • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensure regular servicing, and report any issues promptly.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
    • Plan efficient routes to avoid delays.
    • Run personal errands as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year driving experience.
    • Valid Driver’s License.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos routes, especially Gbagada.
    • Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
    • Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
