ROLE SUMMARY

• The post holder will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the company, from the initial ideation through to completion. This role will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, scope and with the desired outcomes aligned to agreed objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using the Jira platform
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
• Build, develop, and grow any relationships vital to the success of the project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualifications: bachelor’s degreein an disciple
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications is mandatory
• 3 - 7 Years experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Experience working with Software Developers is highly desirable
• Experience in the payment technology space is an added advantage
• Understanding of basic programming language is an added advantage
• Knowledge: Project Management, deep understanding of Scrum and Agile principles
• Skills: Good problem solving skills, Strategic thinking, Research skills, strong facilitation and communication skills as well as great listening and observation skills.
• Abilities: Ability to prioritize, resolve conflict, ability to pay attention to detail and to delegate effectively.

ROLE SUMMARY

• The post holder will be responsible for managing our accounting records, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data. Their job also entails assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and maintain invoices, bills, payments, and other transactions
• Prepare and maintain digital and physical records of financial documents
• Identify and resolve account issues, queries, and irregularities
• Inspect financial documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Ensure the accuracy of our financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
• Maintain historical records
• Reconcile bank statements regularly
• Reconciliation of Invoice and Payment
• Daily Bank Statement Generation
• Filing of Documents

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Accounting
• Possession of ICAN certification is an added advantage.
• 2-4 years experience in accounts payable/receivable or experience in a general accounting position
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to work under limited supervision and is able to problem solve
• intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Have analytical abilities, team working capabilities and be results oriented
• Ability to work in a high volume department
• Attention to details, Ability to draw great and meaningful conclusions.

Role Summary

The role is primarily to design, program, install, service and maintain CCTV, access control and security systems in residential and commercial projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installation of home security systems including CCTV, access control and security systems.
• Maintenance and service of CCTV systems
• Provide training on-site to the end user
• Service calls and fault finding
• Installation of access control
• To maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Completion and submission of required paperwork
• Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace

Requirements

• Have proven electrical / electronic skills
• 2 -4 Years proven experience in service/maintenance and installation of CCTV and Security Installations
• Understanding of technical drawings and documentation
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of digital network integration

• Have the ability to successfully work under pressure and to deadlines
• Be dependable and punctual
• Be flexible and have an adaptable approach to work
• Be available for some weekend work
• Be available to travel when the need arises.
