    Sales Support

    The individual will also coordinate and oversee the flow of the company’s services or products to consumers or external stakeholders.

    Job Description

    • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
    • Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff
    • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures
    • Analysing customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
    • Entering order information into the company database with finance team.
    • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
    • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
    • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
    • Processing of pro-formas and quotations
    • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
    • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
    • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
    • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
    • Assisting in planning, coordinating and reporting training activities
    • Social media content management
    • Generating leads for the sales team
    • Responsible for product activation, in store promotion and merchandizing
    • Responsible for branding sales retail outlets.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by line manager, other sales executives or HOD.

    Requirements and Skills

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration or its equivalent
    • 4-6 years of experience as a sales support executive/sales coordinator
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
    • Extensive customer service experience
    • Computer Literate (Ms-Excel and Ms-PowerPoint)
    • Advanced sales and customer service skills
    • Ability to analyse consumer data to optimize sales efforts

    Expatriate Charted Accountant (Food spices and Condiments)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must meet all Indians accountant standard
    • Must be a chartered accountant with Indian account certification
    • Not more than 45 years
    • Must be currently in Nigeria
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    •  At least 5 years experience in related field; preferably in an FMCG food manufacturing company
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must
    • High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
    • Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices
    • Working knowledge of i-class or any other accounting software is an advantage

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting management in the decision-making process by monitoring the budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Computing taxes and ensuring all remittances are made before deadlines
    • Coordinating the weekly and monthly stock taking
    • Examining financial records to check for accuracy
    • Ensure the brand's cash management and banking activities are efficiently carried out.
    • Handling the stock reconciliation and inventory monitoring
    • Collecting and analysing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates for the brand.
    • Perform general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, capital expenditure schedules and the production of management reports for the brand.
    • Generate monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting

    Gas Plant Manager (Expatriate)

    • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.
    • Work with the HSE personnel to ensure statutory compliance with Health and Safety legislation, conducting risk assessments, monitoring performance and reviewing procedures.
    • Implement and assist in the development, review and maintenance of various policies including Health and Safety, Security and Environmental.
    • Develop an environment with systems and processes in place which will enable and encourage business opportunities. Coordinate well prognosis, plan and integrated reservoir studies report.
    • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function (HR, IT, Finance) as well as coordination and communication between functions.
    • Hold periodic meetings with team and crew members to deliberate on operational processes and workflow matters.
    • Work with clients, contractors, & local communities regarding any issues concerning vessel and equipment functionality and personnel.
    • Implement procedures and processes which allow for ownership and accountability by Warri base personnel and Vessel crew for operational expenses.
    • Develop, maintain and monitor the Base’s accounting systems and procedures, capturing all billings and receipts and keeping accurate records of all revenue transactions.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to systems in conjunction with the Chief Finance Officer where appropriate.
    • Ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with.
    • Directing the planning and execution of maintenance & major shutdowns and approving plans, tender packages, bid evaluation, and recommending contract awards as appropriate.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Petroleum Engineering/ diploma in Mechanical, Marine or production engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 12 years’ experience 5 of which is in a related industry, preferably in a managerial capacity in Nigeria and India.
    • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously including prioritizing, organizing and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
    • Master of Business Administration or post-graduate qualification
    • Experience working in the Industrial Gas industry in a highly matrixed environment
    • Proven ability to grow and inspire teams
