• We are actively recruiting a Sales Representative on behalf of our esteemed client, Africa's fastest-growing Asset Finance company. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their growing team, contributing to the company's mission of empowering entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out and revenue growth through effective communication of the company’s benefits.
• Convert cash customers to credit, increasing revenue and store coverage.
• Ensure route compliance, effective operational management, and build strong customer relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback for strategic planning.
• Identify training needs and contribute to continuous improvement in sales performance.
• Manage reporting, display visibility, and pricing strategies in stores.
• Demonstrate effective self-management, adherence to company standards, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Technical skills: Basic Excel proficiency.
• Behavioral skills: Integrity, empathy, negotiation, problem-solving, motivation, result-driven.
• Experience as a Field Sales Agents in companies such as Phone stores, MKopa, Palm Pay is an added advantage
• People & Leadership Skills: Adherence to company code of conduct, change embracement, active participation in team meetings, coaching and development of others, clear communication.
