Job Summary

• The Sales Promoter is responsible for increasing product visibility, engaging customers, and driving sales at designated market locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products within assigned market locations
• Engage customers actively, providing clear information on product features, benefits, and pricing
• Drive sales by persuading customers and achieving daily and weekly targets
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and highly visible
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the display and sales area
• Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages to the Field Sales Manager
• Collect and share customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights
• Prepare and submit accurate daily or weekly sales reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and market retailers
• Adhere to company sales policies, brand guidelines, and promotional strategies

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE or OND
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or product promotion is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade customers and meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and reliability

Job Summary

• We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Binding Wire / Drawing Machine Operators to manage wire drawing processes and ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating drawing machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product specifications are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up wire drawing machines by selecting and installing the appropriate dies
• Apply proper lubrication to ensure smooth wire movement through the machine
• Start and operate the wire drawing process efficiently
• Continuously monitor machine parameters such as tension, alignment, and speed to prevent defects or breakage
• Inspect finished wire using micrometers and gauges to ensure compliance with production specifications
• Maintain consistent product quality and meet production targets
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine faults or operational issues
• Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize waste
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating wire drawing or similar industrial machines
• Strong understanding of machine setup, dies selection, and lubrication processes
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
