    Nail Cutting Operator

    Job Summary

    • The Nail Cutting Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of automated nail-making machinery, ensuring high-quality output in line with production specifications while adhering to strict safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor automated nail-making and cutting machines to ensure optimal performance.
    • Ensure nails produced meet required specifications for length, head diameter, and finish.
    • Regularly measure workpieces and finished nails using micrometers, gauges, or other precision tools to verify accuracy.
    • Install and securely fix die plates, nail-point cutting knives, and headers.
    • Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Identify and report mechanical faults or production issues promptly.
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations.
    • Meet daily production targets and maintain consistent quality standards.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating nail-making or similar industrial machinery.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and production processes.
    • Ability to use measuring instruments such as micrometers and gauges.
    • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

    Sales Manager – B2B (Auto & Fleet)

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a results-driven sales manager—B2B—to lead and grow our corporate and fleet sales segments.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, with proven experience in managing B2B relationships, driving revenue growth, and closing high-value fleet deals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed B2B sales targets
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients and fleet accounts
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key business customers
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, after-sales) to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
    • Lead negotiations for large fleet deals and contracts

    Requirements

    • Strong network within corporate and fleet customer segments
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    • Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with auto dealerships, OEMs, or fleet management companies
