Job Description

• Post and manage product listings on online platforms such as Jumia, Jiji, Facebook Marketplace, etc.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information and assistance.
• Create compelling video and picture content showcasing our fitness products for online marketing purposes.
• Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and online shopping experience.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand the features and benefits of merchandise products, including fitness apparel and accessories.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean and organized merchandise display, ensuring products are properly stocked and presented attractively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Upsell and cross-sell merchandise items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• You shall take stock of products accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
• Any other duties as required by Management.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Sales, Marketing or any related courses
• 1-3years experience in the same field
• Excellent communication and customer relationship
• Persuasive selling skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Results-driven attitude, with a sense of urgency, persistence, and determination to achieve sales goals and overcome challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building/Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility management, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or commercial sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Familiarity with alternative power solutions (solar, inverters, batteries) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing preventive maintenance programs and vendor/contractor relationships.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance regulations.

Job Description

• Monitor exercising clients and provide fitness assessment and feedback.
• You are expected to provide personal training and prescribe workout programs for clients.
• Develop workout programs and health promotion programs in line with the company standard and safe industry practices.
• Assist clients in safe exercising and proper body alignment.
• Address clients’ complaints and questions promptly and professionally.
• You must provide excellent customer services according to the company standard.
• Report any safety hazards and unsafe practices to the management promptly.
• Maintain fitness center clean, safe and organized.
• Ensure that fitness equipment and tools are maintained in safe and good working condition.
• Instruct correct fitness methods and lifting techniques to minimize the chance of injury.
• Conduct fitness classes to meet the physical abilities of clients.
• Adhere to operating procedures and regulations of fitness facilities.
• Report to the management if in need of fitness equipment maintenance and repair works.
• Motivate clients to continue exercises and help them make healthy choices.
• Assist in the smooth day-day running of the gym and fitness facility.
• Lead group stretch and strength sessions and mini circuit.
• Record and monitor daily safety checks of the gym equipment.
• Act always in accordance with Eco Fitness Hub policies and code of conducts.
• Assist with the building evacuation in case of emergency.
• Any other duties as would be expected of a gym instructor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology, Physical Education or a related field.
• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a fitness trainer or instructor and proven track of record of developing and implementing effective fitness programs.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and fitness assessment.
• Excellent Communication skills.
