• CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced HR/Admin Manager to manage its human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR and administrative policies and procedures
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff welfare
• Oversee payroll, leave administration, and personnel records
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
• Coordinate office administration and facility management
• Provide HR advisory support to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Professional HR certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 - 6 years relevant HR/Admin experience
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• An MBA or MSc in Human Resources will be an additional advantage
• Age limit: Not more than 35 years.
