    Sales Manager (Oil & Gas)

    Role Summary

    • The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the company’s oil & gas–related service lines by developing new business, managing key corporate and institutional clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.
    • The role requires strongcommercial acumen, basic accounting knowledge, marketing coordination, and relationship managementwithin the Nigerian oil and gas operating environment.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue business opportunities with oil marketing companies (OMCs), depot operators, construction firms, government agencies, and private sector clients.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in oil & gas, logistics, and automotive services.
    • Gather market intelligence on depot activity, haulage demand, pipeline projects, and fleet requirements.
    • Represent the company at industry meetings, networking events, and stakeholder engagements.
    • Provide market feedback to management to support strategic decision-making.

    Basic Accounting & Commercial Awareness:

    • Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, revenue reports, and basic performance dashboards.
    • Track invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables for assigned accounts.
    • Liaise with the finance/accounts team to ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments.
    • Monitor client credit terms and escalate overdue payments where necessary.

    Internal Coordination & Operations Support:

    • Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements relevant to oil & gas operations, including NMDPRA, NUPRC, DPR legacy guidelines, and HSE standards.

    Qualifications & Experience
    Education:

    Job Summary
