    Sales Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Researching marketing opportunities and developing plans, understanding consumer needs, identifying market trends and suggesting improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
    • Achieving  growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensuring it’s strong presence
    • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services.
    • Maintaining a healthy relationships with clients by making regular visits and understanding their needs
    • Generating new business leads and negotiating deals with the clients
    • Ensuring the company meets the sales targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years proven sales experience 
    • Expertise in the energy drink industry is desirable 
    • Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.

    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Senior Corporate Sales Lead

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Providing assistance to other Sales staff in answering technical questions posed by customers during outbound telephone calls and as needed
    • Identifying potential B2B customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
    • Maintaining a well-developed pipeline of prospects
    • Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing B2B customers.
    • Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
    • Setting, meeting and/or exceeding quotas
    • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.

    Sales Executive (Modern Trade/Trade)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • set sales goals and determine the best ways to achieve them
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • meet with customers and determine their need for goods and services; recommend products; and process transactions.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

    • Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
    • Fast learner and passion for sales
    • Analytical and strategic planning skills 
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
