Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of competitor offerings.
• Prepare and manage accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
• Understand and communicate product details clearly to clients and partners.
• Plan, report, and coordinate efficiently with the sales team and management.
• Build and maintain relationships with key dealers and distributors in the industry.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and visit project sites for business development.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within stipulated timelines.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum: HND
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

• Total Experience: 5 – 10 years
• Relevant Experience: 5 – 10 years in the Building Materials industry, particularly Granite and Natural Marbles

Preferred Industry Background:

• Candidates currently or previously associated with:
  Fujian, PMG, CB, or other major stockists/importers of granite and natural marbles.

Additional Remarks:

• The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building material sales channels, dealer networks, and project-based selling.
• Must be results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Mile 2, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, and auditing, with a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks and financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local regulations
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Handle tax planning, preparation, and compliance (PAYE, VAT, WHT, etc.)
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate posting of all transactions
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Support senior management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ICAN)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or SAP)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
