    Sales Executive (Automobile)


    • Oversee the merchandising and display of cars in the sales outlet
    • Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale of a car  is closed
    • Utilize systems, and coordinate customer service requirements as appropriate
    • Conduct frequent inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition
    • Maintain contact with customers to provide post sales services, obtain customer feedback and assist with the resolution of customer issues or challenges
    • Determine conditions for discount as well as the percentage discount given to customers on outright purchase of a car unit
    • Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to supervisors through scheduled reporting structure
    • Maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
    • Up-sell where appropriate
    • Collect analyze and interpret record of sales/ transactions to ensure balanced accounts
    • Oversee the processing of clients orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units
    • Proffer recommendations to customers on car models that best meet their requirements/ preference
    • Conduct negotiations with clients to reach a profitable bargain


    • Minimum of  HND or in any field of study, preferably in a business- related discipline such as marketing, finance or business Administration
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales ( Experience in the automobile industry is an added advantage)
    • Excellent knowledge about cars and their various models\\
    • High affiliation with high net-worth individuals
    • Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers
    • Excellent  Oral and written communication skills
    • Persuasive and Influencing skills
    • Ability to take on initiatives and work under minimal supervision
    • Critical thinker and problem solving skills

    • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.


    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
    • Good knowledge of working with CRM Software

    Car Wash / Office Assistant


    • Washing of company cars
    • Running of office errands

    Fleet Officer



    • Oversee assigned fleet’s operations and make direct reports to the Fleet Coordinator on fleet performance and other operational requirements
    • Route surveys and planning in conjunction with the Operations Manager
    • Monitor and report daily trucks turn-around time
    • Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking vehicles
    • Obtain and maintain annual inspections certification by regulatory authorities or in line with contractual obligations from clients
    • Obtain and maintain all truck licensing, registrations and permits
    • Oversee proper use of fuel/diesel rations; maintain log and account for fuel/diesel and oil storage tanks
    • Contribute in the decision making regarding lease and purchase of vehicles
    • Utilize GPS systems in conjunction with tracking unit to monitor drivers and track vehicles at all locations daily and in case of theft.
    • Conduct, in conjunction with the tracking unit, proper tracking of drivers in transit to ensure prompt and target time of delivery

    • Ensure compliance with Federal transport laws and regulations.


    • Develop and maintain efficient schedules for drivers and motor mates to ensure that such personnel are available at all times.
    • Conduct regular safety/fleet meetings with drivers, in conjunction with the safety team
    • Make and advise recommendations to HR Department, through the Head of Operations, on training, annual leave or off-days, scheduling, reprimanding, hiring, and termination of recalcitrant drivers, maintenance staff,  etc.
    • Conduct pre-employment assessment of drivers and submit report on performance to the Fleet Coordinator
    • Develop, maintain and ensure adherence to disciplinary procedures and drivers’ orientation program and administering disciplinary measures to non-compliant drivers
    • Training and re-training of the drivers (and motor mates) for efficiency
    • Regularly holding meeting with the drivers (and motor mates) (except those on official assignment) to discuss and ensure the smooth operations and the actualization of the goals of the company
    • Observe drivers and motor mates behaviors and actions within and outside the company premises and make necessary recommendations as regards fitness for purpose
    • Constantly monitor the tracking report and follow up with drivers on issues raised and send updated report on issues resolution


    • Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance timelines to minimize downtime and maintain schedules
    • Maintain detailed records of vehicles’ servicing and inspection.
    • Oversee proper maintenance of parts and other consumables’ inventory
    • Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee fleet maintenance and repairs
    • Plan, organize and manage the work of maintenance teams to ensure that the all maintenance work is accomplished on schedule
    • Ensure that worn or damaged parts are promptly replaced and trucks are in good working condition at all times before embarking on journey
    • Researching required parts availability and costing
    • Must sign and/or countersign all forms, checklists and other documents necessary and relevant to be signed by his office


    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution
    • M.Sc. in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in supply chain management, including, haulage, logistics, fleet management and customer service operations
    • Ability to accurately calculate load arrival times and other performance parameters
    • Complete and up-to-date knowledge of Federal and State transportation regulations
    • Ability to develop and maintain an accurate record-keeping system
    • Ability to differentiate driver issues, decipher problems versus complaints and proffer relevant solutions
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
